Sure Thing Pest Control

They took a great deal of time stabilizing the structure and looking for the termites. They took a great deal of time looking the whole building over. They came out another day and installed the termite bait traps.

I actually determined what the bugs were that were biting me, but I had enlisted them to do that for me. Once we figured it out, it was easy to get rid of.

Called on Friday and SureThing were at my rental property on the Saturday. Sprayed the interior and deck area for bugs. Quoted a monthly fee of $55 for regular treatments which seemed high.

I dont have any termites so far so good.

They did a really great job for us. They were very thorough. They were fairly knowledgeable. What I was thinking to have done, they said they would do but it wasn’t exactly what they would recommend. They followed up back again to make sure it was working what they had recommended. They were an expert. They were right. I felt like they were giving a hard sell or something but they weren’t. It didn’t come across that way either. Their price was comparable to the price that I got from others. The quality of work was excellent. I would use them in the future.

They’re just very straight forward and easy to deal with.  I will use them again in the future.

It's been good.  They've been thorough.  They did a good job.  They are very prompt.  They seem to take all of our concerns into account.  We haven't had any problems with the same pests after they've been here.  We've had some bee issues and they've taken care of that for us.  I would continue to use them in the future. 

They’re very good.  We can’t remember exactly how much we spent on their services.  It was between a $50 and a $100 range, but I would say it was $50.  They came right away and they were thorough.  They were very good.  They knew we were concerned about pesticides in our home with kids and dogs.  They were great and very personable.  We’d compared with other people and they seemed inexpensive.  We will use them again in the future if we need to.

Jason's performance ensured that Sure Thing will have a repeat customer.  He did not overly try to sell any other services, though I was interested, and I felt no pressure at any point.  He explained what he doing and really went into great detail.  He was professional and his fifteen years of experience was evident in our encounter.  I have worked with the public for quite a while myself and know when someone acts like they know what they are talking about versus someone who genuinely knows what they are talking about.  Jason genuinely knows what's going on.  I am confident that my home's issues will be taken care of and that Sure Thing will get a call in the future for other potential issues (termites, etc.), because of my great, initial experience with the company.

They did a great job overall!  Jerry (owner) was personable and didn’t try to oversell me. I felt the rate to get rid of the bees was very reasonable. He even threw in a termite inspection, which came out clean! I can’t say enough good things about the experience!

They were terrific.  We were concerned about pest control whether we needed continuous monitoring and they did not try to up sell or anything.  They gave us good advice and told us that we could watch it ourselves and showed us how.  They were really good.  If we need any services in the future we would go right back to them.

So far we are satisfied with them.  I have got a package with them where the follow-up is free.  The pricing is good compared to other companies.  They have the best price, the best warranty, and overall the best service.  I would use them again without a doubt.

They have a schedule set up and they come when they are supposed to.

We use them quarterly for outside our home.  There is nothing we dislike.  They call before they come.  We have not had any issues with them.  Their price is comfortable to others.  They are dependable.  I spend $100 per occasion, so we have him four times a year.  We have used them four or five years and we have not had any problems.  We have been happy with their service.  They are quick to respond and did anything outside of the regular quarterly treatment.

They really know what they are doing and are very conscientious of our house and things. They were really good. They explained everything, how the bugs multiple, where they live. The guy that came here he was very very knowledgeable. I thought the price was reasonable. I had one other friend to go by he had used somebody else and it cost him a lot more. For us it took longer I have a six room house but he only had to do three rooms out of the six but he spent a good two hours at least. He really checked everything.  He was really good and was really thorough.

I was very concerned that I had termites, so I called Sure Thing, since my sister recommend them. The technician came out and explained to me that I didn’t have termites, but some kind of ants. He sprayed for these ants, and their cost was really reasonable. I would highly recommend them, as does my sister! I’ve also referred them to quite a few people in the neighborhood.

They came out and located the area where the problem was coming from. They got everything taken care of with one application. They treated the area in the home and all around the exterior. I was very satisfied and happy with the price charged.

What they did seemed to work.  We live in a wooded area and there aren't too many critters that come in.  They are always polite and they seem reasonable.

I found them to be very responsive and helpful every time we call them out. They are nice and provide me with tips on things I can try.
