The reason I bought from them was because Roy was so patient with me. I was there for about 4 hours and he was not pushy at all. He has only been at this location for a few months, was very gentle, kind, attentive and took his time with me.

I went to this "provider" thinking that a dealership would give you service that you could believe in. I was told at t 40,093 miles that I needed to replace my timing belt in order to keep my warranty up to date. I have since gone to a new shop and ask about needing a tune up. I was told a tune up was not needed until 60000. A breakdown was given to me of pricing and I noticed the timing belt was on this list. I told the new mechanic that Hyundai had already changed it out, telling me this needed to be done to keep my warranty. I showed him my receipts. He couldn't believe this happened and was told that this was not correct. I didn't need to replace it until 60000, which would be included in a tune up.
This is only one of the "experiences" I had.
After any kind of work that was performed at Hyundai, a man from the service department would always come into the waiting room and say that a survey needed to be completed and that all questions needed to be perfect because their jobs depended on this.
I'm not sure that I would even return to purchase another car from this place, let alone have them work on my car.

I was looking to buy a Hyundai Elantra. Salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with me to make the sale. They were not pushy or secretive as many car salesmen can be.
Negotiated a very good price, got a great trade-in value on my old vehicle and bought the car and drove it home. Upon re-reading the documents the next day, however, I found a rather large error in the amount owed and nearly had a heart attack. I contacted them that morning and found that they were already aware of the problem and had been trying to contact me. Long story short, they fixed the issue within 30 minutes, gave me an additional discount on the car for my troubles, and I signed the new contract and was out the door.
Despite the error, I would go back to Superior South in a heartbeat. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how one recovers from those mistakes that makes the difference. They could have easily said, "No, this is the agreement you signed," but instead the GM shredded the old contract and got me the great deal I wanted. Wonderful, honest people and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a Hyundai.

The experience of buying it was pretty good. We were really disappointed with the millage. They claimed 30 in the city and 40 on the road and you're lucky if you get 30 on the road. Other than that, we really like the car and the experience was not bad. The salesman was nice and courteous to what we wanted.

Appt time was convenient (Sat) and they took my car in right away. Tech seemed happy to answer any/all questions about service and other vehicle topics. Though free, you may want to bring your own coffee, theirs is a bit...icky.

They were unable to fix it in three tries, then wanted me to wait a month for an outside tech to come in from out of town. I'd never use them unless it was something only a dealer could fix, and even then, I'd probably look elsewhere when the vehicle is out of warranty. I gave them a D overall only because of the courtesy and professionalism of the service personnel.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company in regards to poor customer service. I was rear-ended and took my car to Superior to have it fixed. Todd Yonker has been rude and unreasonable during this whole process. Some of the lights on my car were not working after the accident. Todd fixed the third brakelight, but refused to fix the others. I noticed after the brakelight was replaced that the cover had been cracked. This was causing light to shine up on to my back window at night. Todd was very adamant that they did not crack it and being very rude. They also did not clean my car like they were supposed to. During the accident a yogurt drink splashed all over the interior and the radio. Todd would not write up a quote like I told him the insurance company had requested. He just kept insisting that I was wrong about everything.
