We had called around town for estimates to install the HD radio, and got prices ranging from $100 to $200. When I called Stereo Advantage, they were friendly on the phone, had convenient installation hours (for me, Saturday), and a great price ($60). I made an appointment and brought it in. The whole thing took about an hour, during which my daughter and I walked around Mt. Lookout Square and hung out on their front porch. They did a great job. My new radio works perfectly. I love it!

I have done business with them for years. It's a mom and pop corporation. You get a lot of personalized service and their repair person is genius. They have used and new equipment. I would recommend them.

They did a great job installing the interface in a non-standard, but more convenient location in my van. They were more professional and cleaner than the kids at the honda dealership, that installed my Honda-branded subwoofer. Even when they discovered I needed a separate adapter for my van, because I have the OEM DVD player. They ordered that and did not charge me any extra for two installation appointments. Plus, their prices for the parts beat anything, I was able to find online.

THEY WERE VERY ACCURATE IN THE ASSESSMENT. I KNEW THAT ONE OF THE SPEAKERS HAD A BAD WOOFER AND THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THEM BOTH BECAUSE THEY SAID IF ONE IS GOING OUT, SO IS THE OTHER ONE. THEY WERE RIGHT, AND YOU COULD NOT TELL BY LOOKING AT IT. THEY REPAIRED BOTH VERY, VERY QUICKLY. I THINK IT WAS READY IN ABOUT 2 DAYS. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT PRICE, BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TO REPLACE THEM. THEY HAVE GOOD HOURS OF OPERATION. IT IS A SMALL COMPANY.
