I listed my home with Tom Steele in October of 2012 after having previously worked with two different realtors. Tom's hard work and dedication were evident from the start; his communication was much better than the other realtors (who seemed to lose interest after a few months with no movement), and in January 2013 I received my first offer in almost three years. Tom has been on top of the process the entire time, taking care of all the arrangements for inspections, repairs, and all the other attendant details of selling a home. We have not closed yet but so far the process has been remarkably smooth and painless thanks to Tom's hard work. Meanwhile, Tom has been helping me search for my next house, and so far has been a huge help. I've been very picky and he's done a great job of narrowing the focus to stuff that I really might be interested in. He also has a wealth of knowledge about all the different areas of Cincinnati, being able to quote property values, commutes to and from anywhere, and all kinds of other figures off the top of his head for every house we look at. Finally, he's shown a lot of patience with my particularity. We have not found my new home yet but I am confident that we will, and that Tom will continue his high level of service for as long as it takes. I'd recommend Tom Steele to anybody, on both sides of the process.

We just bought a house in Kenwood Ohio and Angie Grimsley was our agent through Steele Realtors. I can't tell you how wonderful she has been. This was a real difficult move from a house in Indiana that we had lived in for 34 years. We had never dealt with a real estate agent before, because our first house was our first home and we were the first owners. Angie went out of her way to always make herself available to us and answer every question. If she didn't have the answer then she found it out. She is incredibly smart, kind, compassionate, diligent, hardworking and always followed through with everything she said she was going to do. She walked us through this process and never once made us feel that we were a burden or any question was a stupid question. She explained everything and kept touch on almost a daily basis. I would recommend her highly if you want a stressful situation to be less stressful and someone advocating and taking care of every detail and glitch that comes up. This journey was the hardest thing I think I ever had to endure. Tom had to wear so many hats to complete this process. He was a realtor, financier, private investigator, friend, attorney, he was everything to me during this process. Tom has a ton of contacts in different areas from legal to banking, that he was able to draw upon these contacts to get this deal done. Now I have my first home. Amazing.
