This is the second time I have used Stanley Steemer, and I can not say enough about their service. They are very professional and certainly do the best job of any carpet cleaner I have ever used in Cincinnati.

The service from Stanley Steemer was top-notch. I was just all-around pleased with them. I am getting ready to call them again!

They are very responsive. If you need them to come, they come right away.

Their workers are always very responsive and try to get in and out as fast as possible while doing a good job.

I even got a nice description of everything they did like where they tried to get stains and spots out and stuff.

We were referred to Stanley Steemer by a friend and called about the cleaning of our grout. Not only did they come out as scheduled, but they were very professional. They wore shoe coverings and were very thorough, scrubbing our floors and grout. Once the job was completed, they asked if I was happy with the work. I don't remember our floors and grout looking so great. I will definitely call them again. Very worth every penny.

This crew was the best Stanley Steemer group I have ever had. I use Stanley Steemer because they are fast, if you need them tomorrow they can come out tomorrow. The two technicians (Angel and Saxton) were very professional and friendly while at my home. They made sure that I was satisfied with the service and were very conscientious about the work.

Making an appointment was very easy and they accommodated my wishes. They called before my scheduled appointment and asked if they could come early which was fine with me. They were very professional and explained everything they would do and asked if there were any concerns I had. There was a man and a woman who did the service. The work was done quickly and it looks very good.

I had been using Stanley Steemer for some time. I had a yearly contract. The problem I found with them was that there was great inconsistency in the crews that came out. Sometimes they were very good and sometimes they were bad. But the biggest problem was getting certain stains out. I have been using a new company since November and I have been very happy with them and they got the stains out that I had been dealing with for a while.

They were very good. They even stretched my carpet and did a nice job with it. They did nick up my woodwork a little, but they were very professional about it. They also cleaned two of my leather chairs and did an excellent job on that. During the carpet cleaning, not only did they spray the carpet, but they worked it into the carpet. I was very pleased with their work.

Carpet cleaning service was excellent.
Air duct cleaning was another story. The 2 young employees arrived...looked no older than 18, used foul language and talked about being drunk, pulled off vents without using a sharp knife and therefore pulling large pieces of paint off of the walls in several rooms, lacked confidence in the job (said they didn't know how to get a vacuum into my basement because the access point was too small). I have no way of knowing if they did a good job but I lacked all confidence in their performance based on the lack of professionalism. I will not use this company for this service ever again!

The team arrived during the appointed window of time. After examining the chairs the team set up their equipment and explained the procedure and what to expect. The results where better than promised.

I would never spend this amount of money again on this service.

Stanley Steemer cleaned all of our wall-to-wall carpeting (4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2 halls), plus two sets of stairs and two area rugs. There were many spots and stains that I wasn't sure were possible to remove and several dirty high-traffic areas. The crew arrived on time within the scheduled window on a Saturday and spent 3.5 hours making the carpets look fantastic. The crew, Tony and Jason, were personable, informative and not high-pressure. They protected the front door from their equipment and used draft stoppers to help reduce the amount of cold air coming into the house. For the walk-through before the cleaning, they were diligent about finding and discussing high-traffic areas and spots/stains. Tony provided the estimate for the work before they began, and then got to work. We are new to the house, so weren't sure of the type of stains, but Tony and Jason were able to remove all but two of the stains, and the dirt in the high-traffic areas came out beautifully. As they finished main areas, they would show me the results and ensure I was pleased.
The price was higher than some other comanies' promotions, but we are really happy with the results. I had spoken to the Cincinnati/Dayton branch manager (Josh) before scheduling the appointment, and I was pleased with his professionalism and answers to my questions.
All in all, we're so glad we paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned because we have peace of mind knowing they are clean and not full of the previous owner's dirt, and even more importantly, they look great! I'd love to have the cleaning done on a regular basis to keep the carpet looking so nice, but the price is someone prohibitive for doing it more often. I will be watching for promotions and would definitely use them again.

This experience went really well. The cleaning employees made sure our carpet would not get stained by placing plastic foam pads under our furniture. They had great communication, such as calling us back the following day to ensure there were no issues. We were also satisfied with the look of the carpet. I recommend this company.

I would refer them. Their price was a little on the higher side. I used someone earlier who was a little cheaper but not as good as them. They come out first thing in the morning.

The guys who came did a really good job. I was really satisfied. They were quick to respond. I think they are a little bit higher priced than others, but their service was great and I'd rather just pay the extra money.

It went well. I've used them before. They used to do three rooms for $99 but now its two rooms and a hallway. I was a little taken aback when they said its two rooms and a hallway and not three rooms.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and did an excellent job. I will use them again in the future.

since I had used this company last year I received an email coupon for $25 for one room. Last year they did a good job with an old carpet and assured me they always could. I decided to use the coupon and do my stairs as well. What they do not tell you immediately ( until you schedule and they have you on the "hook") is that they will not come do a job for less than $99 . They also do not mention that their associates are paid on commission.....which results in hard sell ( and guilt trips) once they are in your house. This time I got more push to buy other things and a lot of explanation that it was the "best they could do" with a old carpet. He did keep asking if I was happy, but would follow it with " it is the best I can do" and ask how old the carpet on the stairs was and how much traffic it got (newer Berber, low traffic). While the service technicians did try to sell me additional products/services last year, at least the results were better which is why I decided to try them again. When I schedule a service i do not mind an offer of other services, but I do not appreciate more time selling than working. I won't use them again. My suggestion would be to reconsider the commission plan.

I tried other providers for my carpets before I found Stanley Steamer...there is NO comparison. SS is great, professional employees, prompt timing, move furniture, give excellent carpet tips. I have purchased the yearly package and it is great also. The best in town, definitely!

I scheduled service for a three room cleaning.on May 11, 2011. The work window given was 9AM to 1PM. At 12:45 I called Stanley Steemer to express concern that servicemen had not arrived. I was assured by a lady that they would be pulling into my diriveway in minutes. At 1:20PM I left for a medical appointment. I left a note. When I arrived home at 4:30PM I called Stanley Steemer to see if they could come that afternoon. No. I scheduled for the next day 3PM-7PM. Someone would call me as I asked for a free room cleaning due to no-show. Servicemen showed at 6:45PM. I mentioned disappointment in noshow. Reply- there are lots of problems. Poor attitude by serviceman who seemed to be in charge. I paid full amount as quoted by phone. No response to further emails.
