S.O.W. Window Cleaning

Arrived punctually, introduced themselves, were pleasant and professional, did what they were supposed to do.

It was perfect. He arrived a little early and went to work immediately. I have cleaned my windows in the past and think I did a pretty good job but these are the cleanest windows I have ever seen. They have a customer for life. I've already recommended them to friends.

He came and did an estimate early one morning and left a card on our door stating he would email the estimate in a few days. We received the estimate in a timely manner via email. We called and scheduled an appointment. He called prior to arriving to let us know when he would be arriving. Cleaned windows.

One window was streaked in the garage and they came back within two days to correct the issue. They are very nice and I would have them again.

Zane did a great job. He was on time (even a little early) and explained what he was going to do and got to work. He was very meticulous and everything was very clean when he was done. He even checked the bulbs in the chandelier to make sure none were burned out. Overall I was very please.

I was very pleased with their work. I will use them again and probably have them do the inside glass as well.

Arrived on time .... worked well ... though this particular servicer was chatty. Chatting is great but would stop to chat rather than work & chat. Very pleasant person & the work looked good when finished.

Arrived on time, completed job in about an hour. Two story house, and they had to remove and replace some screens to wash the windows. Very careful and clean when working inside.

I haven t used them yet but they are to clean the windows in the near future. They had a good price compared to their competitors. So far I have been very pleased with them.

When I called to inquire about hiring them to clean my windows, I was told that someone would be out to take a look and give me a price. It was just a couple of hours later that the person showed up! I was very surprised that it was so quick. He looked around and gave me an estimate at which point I called to schedule the work. I mentioned when I called to schedule that I had forgotten to mention the chandelier when the estimate was done, and was told it would be no problem to add it on. Gar showed up when expected this morning and did a fantastic job! I'm quite particular about clean windows and have tried a couple of window cleaning companies before SOW-was unhappy with both of them. I will absolutely use this company again!

The work was absolutely fantastic. Zane showed up on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and the time that it likely required. He was very professional and meticulous in his work. He showed great care for the furniture inside the house and was just a great person to work with throughout the day. I would HIGHLY recommend SOW to anyone needs their service. I plan to have them clean the windows once a year.

Screens are to be removed before SOW gets there. There was confusion on my part and I had not removed my screens. Gar removed them, washed the windows and then put them back in. I came home not expecting to have clean windows; what a pleasant surprise!!! You can see why our group of condominium users continue to use this company. They still believe in customer satisfaction!!

This company provided a great customer experience. I called three other companies prior to calling SOW. Two did not answer their phone and a third did not return my call. SOW was available to speak with immediately. A person actually answered the phone. She was very polite, informative about the service and knowledgeable about the schedule. Pricing was very competitive. SOW Windows was very prompt and professional. He went right to work. The windows looked great which was quite impressive since they had not been cleaned in several months. After washing was complete the cleaner reported back to me that I had a seal broken on one window and offered a referral to contact for a bid. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them for all my needs that are associated with their business offering. They are a family owned and operated business that give you small business service and an attention to detail that make your windows sparkle.

They are fantastic! I can't even put into words how great these folks are. From my first phone call, to the same day printed quote, to the top of the line job. AAAAA+++++ They are fantastic and I can't say enough great things. If everyone gave this kind of service, projects around the house wouldn't be a headache, they'd be a joy!

We got an estimate and the bill was what the estimate was. They were very prompt. They came when they said they would. They did a good job and I was very pleased. I would recommend them.

They were very detailed, they took there time and got it all and made sure to ask that we were happy with each window. I felt that it was very reasonable priced.

They did not have a suitable time for me, so they put me on the list for any cancellations, at my request. They called to ask if today would be OK, it was and so they were here within 20 mins. Both gentlemen were polite and courteous and did an excellent job. They were quick as one worked inside and one outside. They were very clean and tidy and left no trace, except for beautifully clean windows! Their price was good and I would definitely recommend them.

Roy was professional from the first phone call to the completion of the job. We were on a tight schedule and he accommodated our time-frame, showed up on time and completed the job within an hour. The windows were thoroughly cleaned and he even gave us feedback on the condition of some of the windows. Even his truck and supplies were orderly and in good condition! We will recommend Roy to others in the area and will definitely use his company again.

It was a one-man job and he did great work in 95 degree weather. He was absolutely punctual, delightful to talk to, totally reliable, honest, and friendly.

Extremely reasonable price. It is the best I have ever had my windows done.
