I have a lot of windows and big windows. I have the wooden grid that you have to take out to clean the windows, and he took them out and put them back in perfectly! He is a very nice guy! He did a lot of work for the amount of money I spent.

Great. I called to see about pricing and she said someone would stop by within the next day or two to give me a quote. (If you're not home, they'll leave the quote in the door). Roy stopped by that afternoon. I thought the quote was reasonable and gave my go ahead. I really wanted the work done right away since I was having guests that weekend and they were able to accommodate me and do the windows that same week. Roy (he might be the owner) came back to do the cleaning. He brought another guy with him who did the outside cleaning. They did a great job, especially since 1/2 of my windows are the old casement windows from the 50s. They were finished in about an hour and a half and the windows sparkled. I was their last stop of the day, but you would never know it. Roy was friendly and professional, and when he learned I was new to town, he stopped to tell me about the city and things to see. And he also recommended places for me to take my guests to that weekend. He's an excellent ambassador for Cincinnati! Great company. I will definitely use them again.

Went very well. I have used them before. They call ahead and are prompt. In fact, they asked me if they could come earlier than the 2:30 appointment, which was fine with me. Two workers came out and did a very good job.

We decided to use S O W because they were very prompt in providing an estimate and their prices were very reasonable. We have a house that has 35 windows--not including the basement, so they had a huge task in front of them. Not to mention our windows are 90 years old!! S O W were extremely professional and overall did a great job. Our windows and glass doors look fantastic! We recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the spring!

They were VERY easy and pleasant to deal with, unlike experiences that I've had with larger, more well known window cleaning services. The person who made the appointment was very helpful in answering questions. I received an estimate at my home the same day as my call, and had an appointment booked for a week later. I also found their pricing to be a good value as well. I am very pleased and would definitely use SOW services again, and would highly recommend them to others.

From the first phone call to the end of the project, everything went smooth. Having my windoows cleaned was one project within an overall larger home improvement project. Susan on the phone and Roy and Greg on site, made everything work work out just right. The team was on time, polite, and went right to work. The windows now sparkle. I appreciated the team's attention to detail. Before i could even ask them to use the little blue booties to protect my newly refishined floors, they already had their own.

We called on Friday. The communication was professional, friendly and the response was very prompt - the same day the person came to our house and provided the estimate, which was reasonable. The service was really professional. The next day the company called me to confirm how satisifed I was with the quality of work. When I asked to check back on a couple of windows - the person came back immediately without any questions! This was a super customer service experience. I will certainly recommend to others and will use myself the company services.
