It went very well. All of the leaks were sealed, and the gas was turned back on. The gasman even said we'd found a good plumber; sometimes it takes up to four visits to get the leaks fully sealed, he said.

We've only been in our house a year, (it's 13 years old) but the kitchen sink has been completely stopped up twice already. We had another plumber out about 6 months ago, and he snaked the pipes for about 10 minutes. The sink was backed up again, so based on other reviews, I decided to give Schneller a try. Nick was the plumber who came out. He was pleasant and very thorough. He snaked the pipes for nearly 2 hours. (He said there was tons and tons of grease in there that the other plumber poked a hole through, but did not get rid of.) I know plumbers aren't cheap, but I thought $200 was a little pricey. However, I liked Nick a lot and he seemed very knowlegable, so I would definitely call Schneller again for another plumbing problem.

Company has treated us fairly, we always get a follow up call from owner to check satisfaction. I highly recommend.

Of all days to have issues, on Christmas Eve, our furnace began making a loud noise. Fortunately my parents were on their way over and my dad, being a mechanic, was able to find the source of the problem. He told us the motor was burned out. After reading Angie's List reviews, we called Schneller AC & Heating. Kevin, one of the technicians, called and after quoting a price for holiday emergency call, was at our house working within the hour. He thoroughly checked over the furnace and agreed that the motor needed replacing. He quickly took care of the problem and was very professional. We were so impressed with Schneller and Kevin's professionalism, we purchased the maintenance package. I would absolutely recommend Schneller to our neighbors and friends.

I paid $99 online and an additional $99 to the serviceman. He was very professional and prompt. He told me that the opening in my mother's basement, that I asked about before he left, wondering why he didn't try to unstop it from that area was not connected to the stoppage and was most likely a trap to catch things. He then apologized that he had to get a camera in the pipe, order permits and call in a construction crew to dig up her front yard. He apologized for the expense during the holidays of approximately $14,000 to $16,000 not including any repair of the concrete that might have to be disrupted as well. He offered to waive the additional $99 service fee until I told him I planned to get a second opinion. The next plumber charged less than $200 to clear the blockage using the opening the previous plumber said had nothing to do with the blockage. He also told me what to do to prevent issues in the future. I'm very concerned about other women and elderly people who may call this company. Because my family and I have no plumbing knowledge, we nearly spent the cost of a small car for something that was fixed within a few hours by a different company. Very frightening Angie. Very frightening.

Overall good but I bought deal in Angie's list in October and first appt they would give me was December . I thought that was very disappointing . Also he told me filter was fairly clean so didn't replace it and I looked at it and thought it was filthy. I think he took his time and gave it a thorough inspection though and was friendly courteous and professional . I would use them again . Good price too .

We purchased a furnace cleaning special off of Angie's List. I was so pleased with the service from beginning to end. Our person was punctual and very professional. We will certainly be contacting them going forward for any heating/air help we need.

We purchased a new HVAC system from SHA 18 months ago, so we felt they were best to handle tuning. After waiting two months to use the Big Deal coupon, things went fine. Since they were here however, I noted that an access panel was left unsecured. Their quality control gentleman called to follow up on the service and I mentioned the issue and he stated he would have someone follow up...no response since then. They are nice people and do good work. Seems details can be over looked sometimes.

Repair person not familiar with my type of filter. Did not service properly. Company offered to send another tech, but I declined. Purchased service contract. When I called in October 2014 to set up furnace tune up, the first available date was 1/2/2015! I emailed and snail mailed the owner about my dissatisfaction with this level of responsiveness to a purchased contract. He did not respond to either one of my correspondence. When I had a service outage with an A/C unit they fixed it promptly.

The technician arrived on time and completed the service. He also took the time to talk to me and explain things about my furnace and A/C which I didn't know about due to just recently moving in the house. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable during the entire visit and wore booties all through the house although I told him he didn't have to. Great company, will use again in the future.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List to have this service done. John arrived to do the service and was extremely professional from start to finish. He was very thorough and sat down with me before he left to talk about some recommendations. There was no pressure involved, just a presentation of all the options. I will be having them back in the spring (the appointment is already set!) to have them check the air conditioning component of my system. I felt very comfortable in making arrangements to have them come back since I was so impressed with their service this time. Many Thanks!

Two technicians arrived as scheduled (to the minute). They were courteous and knowledgeable. They performed a thorough analysis of our furnace operation using a variety of test instruments while keeping me apprised of their progress through out. The complete process took about an hour. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use this company again.

We love these guys -- we first encountered them when I purchased an Angie's List deal for an A/C tuneup, and we've used them a few times since then because we were so impressed. They're courteous, on-time, professional and thorough. They explain their work and give detailed estimates, and I don't ever feel like I'm being coerced into repairs I don't really need. On the first visit, the A/C tuneup, the technician noticed that our A/C unit wasn't properly leveled. We scheduled another visit for the next week, and he actually came out and fixed it for free (I was prepared to pay). You don't often find such nice service anymore. We will definitely use them again.

I thought they would come and give me a price and do the work the same day. He came to my house and I originally asked for a price to turn the 1 sink plumbing into two sinks and install my toilet, and the hardware for my shower. He originally gave me a price of $1600 to do the work which I thought was ridiculous. So I asked him for the price just to do the plumbing to turn the one sink into two. He gave me a price of $900-$1000. I told him I would think about it and I called a licensed plumber or mine (that was just too busy to do the work) and asked him what he would charge to do the same work. He said the price would be $350 to do that job for anyone who called. I think when you buy the big deal they mark up the price to cover the $100 they are losing as well as another markup because they know you already bought the deal and pretty much have to go with them. Overall the situation was shady and I found someone else to do the work for 20% of the price.

Great person. Did a thorough job. Careful about making mess. Gave me good advice on replacing thermostat. The rep was Jason and I will ask for him again in the future. Thanks Jason!
