Water Heater Installation and Replacement
ZERO STARS! I can’t believe the rating on here. 1.9 on Google is way more accurate. Unfortunately, AHS assigned this company to my service request on Aug. 3rd. They came out on the 6th and after 3min here, they said they were going to send the report to AHS. 48 hours later AHS was still waiting on report. After almost 72 hours, they finally sent it and it was partially approved. The out of pocket was $475. I called them to see what the charges were for, and that was the only time they quickly answered my call and the last. I accepted the charges and they said they would call me to schedule an appointment once the parts arrived. 2 weeks later and nothing. I called and left a voicemail. Nothing. On Aug 26, AHS said the system shows the part as “delivered at shop” on Aug 22 and they had to confirm with tech but would call me back as soon as they did. I called AHS every day from the 26 to the 30th only to be told the same thing. Today, still no hot water and no return call from this comp

Rude and unprofessional repair person. He left without saying he was leaving and without completing the repair. When I called to report the issue, I was told he needed to order a part and would return to repair it. Almost three weeks later, he returned with a part from Home Depot to complete the repair. No apology, etc. Repair was completed and the bathroom was left with dirt and grease smudges on the wall and toilet. Would not recommend.

Owner is a great guy! Very professional, honest, and did an excellent job! He fixed our broken water line in the yard on a Sunday and we were so grateful! Price was reasonable and he communicated with us throughout the repair. Rex and his co-worker were top notch professionals! We will use them in the future and highly recommend them if you need a plumber!!

He assumed he opened the drain but he did not take the time to run water thru it to verify. I feel the price of $150 for 30 minutes work translates to $300 an hour - to open a drain. No way!

Came in and ran a line to clear a drain/pipe in our bathroom. Was highly effective although it cost $150 and took 10-15 minutes to complete. Work was effective but it was certainly expensive for the work required. Next time I will shop around for a better price before engaging this company.

They were very prompt and it was on a Saturday. He had my drain cleaned in about 10 minutes. Thought the $150 was a little steep since it hardly took any time but I needed it done and couldn't get anyone else to come out. I would still use them again, very pleasant to work with.
