Scott did a terrific job in a large basement that turned out to have a very uneven floor - it wasn't apparent the floor was in that condition until the carpet was up. He was patient, laying each tile multiple times, if necessary, to get the floor as even as possible. The end result was a beautiful space that looks great and is wonderful to work in for laundry and other projects. The bathroom, which is 1950's pink and blue, actually looks pulled together with the new tile Scott laid; it also makes the small space look larger. I'm no longer embarrassed to have friends use my bathroom! Throughout this process Scott was always professional and communicated every step of the way what would happen next. I would highly recommend Scott's services to anyone looking for someone to lay tile.

The work is beautiful, and the workmanship was terrific. Grout lines are clean and even, including in the stunning kitchen, with it's complex pattern. At each point when we made a decision that affected the price, Scott immediately pointed out that fact and gave us his updated estimate. (He warned us that the repair estimate was loose, since he could not inspect the damage before removing the old floor. Still, his price was within a couple hundred dollars.) For a few days, Mike became an extra family member. His "Honey, I'm home" announced his comings and goings. I'll never forget his crawling around the kitchen with a printout in one hand, saying, "I've lost the pattern, but I'll get it back." Good people. We'll have them back for our downstairs hall one day.

I would recommend Scott very highly and was extremely pleased with the overall experience.

Scott did a great job - he was very professional and friendly. He was helpful in suggesting cost-cutting ideas, which we followed.

Quite and non intrusive. Scott cleaned up and prepped for the next day's activity at the end of the day. Many activities were taking place at the same time. Scott was courteous and able to refocus effort when his work was interrupted by others.

Great. Scott responded timely to our request for labor estimate, he calculated the quantity of the required tile, he ordered and purchased it for us. He was very flexible regarding install date; as needed to be after quartz counter top was installed.

Installation cost $1776. Additional cost for materials. However, since I chose to use his supplier, I received a discount on the materials. Scott Cunningham is very knowledgeable and dependable. Always left a clean work site.

Overall they did a very good job. It has only been 2 weeks so I cannot say how long it will last but the floors look great right now. They worked around our business and even came in late after hours to get the job done when it would not disturb our business. I was very impressed with the end results.

Scott and Mike were a breath of fresh air after the prior experience we had. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely and reasonably priced. I would recommend them highly. We may remodel our master bath in the next year and plan on using them! Great job.

Scott & Mike did excellent work. They did what they said they were going to do. The time on the project was what we were told it would be. Honest, did his work, cleaned up after everything.

Mike Upson is a perfectionist. He is really really good. I would recommend him to anyone.

SCOTT WAS VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL IN MEETING TO MEASURE AND PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE OF THE INSTALLATION. HE MADE SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW THE JOB SHOULD BE FINISHED. THE HOMEOWNER WAS PROVIDING THE FLOORING PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT. THERE WAS SOME URGENCY TO COMPLETE THE JOB (WITHIN 3 OR 4 DAYS). SCOTT SAID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO MEET THE TIME CONSTRAINTS. HIS FELLOW WORKER, MIKE, ARRIVED ON TIME TO BEGIN THE INSTALLATION AND HE AND SCOTT COMPLETED THE WORK THE SAME DAY. THEIR WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY AND THEIR DEMEANOR WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY STRIPPED TWO LAYERS OF FLOORING, MADE SOME REPAIRS, CLEANED UP THE MESS AND HAULED AWAY THE DEBRIS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. BILL ROLLINS 353-0987

I FOUND SCOTT ON ANGIE'S LIST, HIS WAS THE FIRST ESTIMATE I GOT. ANOTHER ESTIMATE I HAD (FROM SOMEONE NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST) WAS $1000 MORE FOR WHAT WOULD'VE BEEN LESS WORK. SCOTT WAS HERE TO DO MY FLOORING THE DAY AFTER I WAS HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL, RECOVERING FROM OUTPATIENT SURGERY. THERE WAS NO STRESS INVOLVED IN HAVING HIM IN MY HOUSE, EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T AT MY BEST. HE'S FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND CONSIDERATE, ON TOP OF BEING AN EXPERT AT HIS CRAFT. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH SCOTT CUNNINGHAM WAS VERY POSITIVE. HE'S A MAN OF HIS WORD. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE, AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

I HAVE TO SAY, THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS VERY AVAILABLE, HE WAS QUICK TO COME OUT WITH AN ESTIMATE. WHEN I HAD FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS, HE RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER. WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT STARTED ON THE JOB, THEY WORKED HARD TO GET IT DONE, IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY CROSSED THEIR T'S AND DOTTED THEIR I'S AND EVERYTHING WAS LEFT IN PRISTINE CONDITION. THEY SEEM TO WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK, WHICH IS GREAT, SINCE THEY GOT THE JOB DONE ON SATURDAY NIGHT. WHEN I CALLED, HE HADN'T DONE MUCH CORK, BUT IT WASN'T A PROBLEM AT ALL. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN, FOR FUTURE WORK, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

SCOTT CUNNINGHAM DID A GREAT JOB AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE ENTIRE FLOOR (@ 150 SQ. FT) TOOK 1 1/2 DAYS AND LOOKS GREAT. I HAD OTHER ESTIMATES WHICH WERE HIGHER (SOME SIGNIFICANTLY). BASED UPON RECOMMENDATION FOUND ON ANGIE'S LIST I WENT WITH SC FLOORING AND I'M GLAD I DID.

SCOTT WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO CALLS AND WAS FLEXIBLE WITH HIS SCHEDULE. HE IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND SKILLED IN HIS FIELD. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR AND HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. SCOTT WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

SCOTT WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE HAS A REAL TALENT FOR DESIGN, AND WAS ABLE TO LOOK AT THE SPACE AND HAVE INNOVATIVE IDEAS RIGHT AWAY. AFTER MEASURING THE SPACE, HE CALLED US WITH PRICE QUOTES FOR EACH AREA INDIVIDUALLY (WE WERE NOT SURE HOW MUCH WE WANTED TO DO). HE THEN SUGGESTED A FLOORING STORE WITH THE LARGEST VARIETY OF TILE, THOUGH HE WOULD INSTALL TILE FROM ANYWHERE. HE WORKED WITH ME ON OUR TILE CHOICES (HE HAS A GOOD EYE FOR COLOR AND QUALITY) AND GROUT COLOR. HE PICKED UP ALL THE TILE AND SUPPLIES, AND SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED FOR THE JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. HE IS TRULY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, IS OBVIOUSLY WELL-RESPECTED IN HIS FIELD, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES IF YOU ARE INSTALLING TILE. I UNDERSTAND THAT HE ALSO DOES A LOT OF LAMINATE FLOORING. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WITH AN ARTISTIC EYE, SCOTT IS YOUR GUY.

I REQUESTED THE WORK BE PERFORMED OVER A WEEKEND. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED. HE PERFORMED EXTRA PREP WORK TO ENSURE THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY. HE RECOMMENDED AND INSTALLED SOME EXTRA TILE TO BLEND TO EXISTING DECOR. ALL ADDITIONAL WORK WAS PERFORMED WITH APPROVAL AND FOR A NOMINAL FEE. I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE JOB, EXCEPT FOR CLEANLINESS (DISPOSAL AND KEEPING GROUT FROM ADJACENT CARPET), WHICH WAS A MINOR INCONVENIENCE.

I HAD SEVERAL CONTRACTORS LOOK AT THE FLOOR AND SCOTT WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO SEEMED TO BE A TRUE EXPERT IN FLOOR PREP AND WHO HAD SEVERAL YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH LAMINATE. I WENT TO A FLOORING WHOLESALER TO BUY MY FLOOR AND MENTIONED HIS NAME, THEY SAID HE WAS THE BEST IN CINCINNATI, VERY METICULOUS IN HIS WORK AND A PERFECTIONIST. HE DEFINITELY TOOK THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT, BUT ALSO WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE SOONER THAN I EXPECTED. HE WAS VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND I ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM. SCOTT IS VERY HONEST AND WILL DO THE JOB RIGHT WITHOUT CUTTING CORNERS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I HAVE RECEIVED SO MANY COMPLEMENTS ON HIS WORK. SCOTT SEEMED TO REALLY BE A PERFECTIONIST, WORKING TO GET THE JOB JUST RIGHT BUT WITHOUT TAKING A LOT OF TIME. YOU COULD TELL HE WAS A TRUE EXPERT AT CERAMIC. HE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB, I HIRED HIM TO DO SOME LAMINATE WORK FOR ME AND WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM BACK FOR CERAMIC TILE IN TWO OTHER BATHROOMS. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND I ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM. I FOUND SCOTT TO BE VERY HONEST AND HIS PRICE WAS VERY FAIR IN COMPARISON TO OTHER CERAMIC TILE INSTALLERS. HE SEEMED TO HAVE THE MOST EXPERTISE IN COMPARISON TO OTHER INSTALLERS AS WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR CERAMIC TILE WORK.

SCOTT INSTALLED 450 SF OF LAMINATE FLOORING OVER A WEEKEND AS IT WAS A SUPRISE FOR MY PARENTS. WE WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PULL IT OFF IF SCOTT WAS AS PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE AS HE WAS. AND THE INSTALLATION IS OF EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP! EVEN MY DAD WAS IMPRESSED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES FOR FLOOR INSTALLATIONS!!
