We had them come and download new security hardware and software for both our computers. Every time we called them we found them very thorough and competent in their work. They are knowledgeable and our experience with them has overall been a positive one. The prices they charge are quite reasonable. The last time they came we asked them a question related to the first service and they didn't charge us the usual fee for their coming over which is what I liked about them.

Very satisfied. Robert is very professional, knows how to answer every novice question, and set up the desk top software efficiently with good suggestions on how to use the system on my own. Also, set up my laptop with software and gave several time saving suggestions. He gives suggestions when I don't even know the questions to ask.
