Working with Robert Lucke Homes was a wonderful experience. We went in to the project figuring to expect a few hiccups, just based on our experiences with several other custom homes we had over the years when building with different builders. Thankfully, we did not experience any of that with Lucke. Scott and his entire team were attentive, on the job almost every day, and up front and direct about the process from start to finish and even behond the warranty date. We are extremely picky and probably at times can be a bit unreasonable, but that did not effect the way Lucke responded to our needs. They made any and all corrections to our 100% satisfaction. The working relationship was a breeze, as the Lucke team respected what we, the homeowners, wanted out of our home while also being diligent in regards to bringing up any considerations we might want to be aware of before making any major decisions. It was a totally different experience to work with a builder who wanted to explore creative solutions rather than just settling for the same formula they've seen before. The Lucke team takes pride in the work they do and the service they give so you can be certain the details are always accounted for and the workmanship is of the highest quality. You know when you walk into one of their homes you're in the the very best. We cannot imagine a better experience and are so grateful that we chose Robert Lucke Homes to help us build a home for our family to call our forever home.

I have a mixed review.  Bought a home from them.  Very flexible with what I could do.  One of the problems I had with the home was everyone on the street had plumbing problems.  I think the piping was not up to standards.  So I had plumbing problems through the years like the sump pump wouldn't pump out and it would get clogged.  I considered that part of the home building was poor.  The  price for the home was reasonably priced and with the issue of plumbing is why I say it was a mixed review.

We are in our second home built by Robert Lucke Homes and it has the quality that no other builder has given us. We have built with a few different builders and have found Lucke Homes to be exceptional in every aspect. We are so glad we found a builder that cares about our home as much as we do. Everyone was so helpful that it’s as if the people working at Lucke Homes were hand picked just for our house. We appreciated all of the quality and care they gave to us and our home (both times). After over 5 years in our second Robert Lucke Home, the quality remains as excellent as when it was built. We would definitely recommend Robert Lucke Homes to anyone wishing to build a quality affordable home.

They spoiled me! We've been in the house for a year now and the foreman still stops in to make sure everything is okay. That's what you call dedication and professionalism. The price was very reasonable for the quality of workmanship they put forth. We added a few things to the house that they had never done (like radiant heat in the basement floor, handicap roll-in shower, and geothermal heat, etc.) and they worked well with all our plans and the subcontractors we had to bring in for these jobs. They built in an elevator shaft for us so that in the future we could easily add all the mechanics.

Their quality or workmanship is very poor; we just bought and moved in to the new home and already, we have had numerous problem; we did not have heat because Tye never turned on the heat. We have had several different problem and have had plumbers and HVAC people out numerous times! We have had the hardwood floors worked on and have had them resurfaced 3 times already!! We had a home inspector come out and gave us a list of 21 pages worth of code violations, the most that inspector had ever seen in his career!! They did a terrible job on almost every aspect of the building! They have had to gut 5 of 5 bathrooms because of grout levels and the ceramic being installed. I WOULD NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!!!! We have built 2 homes previous to this one and we have never been nickeled and dimed as much as we did during this process.
