They came to see to estimate and then contact us when they are coming to work on (1 day before).

This is my second time using Richey Tree Service. I called and left a message for a free estimate. I received a call back within 1-2 hours, and an onsite estimate was completed two days later. I was given a written estimate (plus county tax) of everything that was included; tree removal, root/stump grinding, clean-up, and haul away. I was told there was a lead time of two weeks, and the weather was also a determining factor for an appointment date. Two days later we scheduled an appointment for the following week. A six man team with equipment/trucks arrived on time and immediately started working. They provided ongoing cleaned-up, and was very conscious of not dropping any of the tree parts on the neighbor’s new concrete driveway and not cutting their invisible fence wires. It was very interesting to watch the tree removal process. A lot goes into cutting a tree down. I was very satisfied with this tree removal experience, and I highly recommend Richey Tree Service. Payment was completed by check. Don’t forget to tip the workers because they are hard workers!!! Thanks Richey Tree Service for another job well done!

We have had trees removed by many different tree services, Richey is by far and away the best. They were fast, professional, hard working, and within 2 hours the yard looks perfect, can't tell trees were removed. Would highly recommend and will definitely be our go to tree service.

Excellent! Richey was the only company who responded and Brad met me at my house to see exactly what was needed. Brad and his crew showed up on time on the day promised; they brought all the right equipment; did the work as I had requested; did not drop a single limb on my gazebo; and were finished in less than three hours. They left my yard and my adjoining neighbor's yards cleaner than when they arrived. Their price was a little higher than others, but definitely well worth it.

Richey Tree Service was prompt and punctual. They kept me informed about some schedule changes involving weather and another job they were completing on the same day as my service. They arrived with needed equipment that appeared to be in good repair. They had a ample sized crew which made the job go quickly.

It went very well, and the gentleman I dealt with whose name is Brad, was very courteous, stated date and time and they were there on time, dealing with them for about eight years.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Richey, from our first encounter with Brad, who provided the estimate, through the removal process. The crew of five workers was efficient, professional, thorough, and respectful of our property. They completed the job in one day and left our yard in perfect condition with all stumps and debris removed. Their price was fair and in line with other estimates we received. We would highly.recommend Richey Tree Service.

I've used them twice. They were very good. They were very quick. Their prices were very competitive.

They showed up on time and immediately started to work. It was like watching a ballet. Everybody had a job and they were constantly moving. One man was cutting, others were cleaning up anything that fell as it fell, one man took the limbs to the street and another turned them into mulch. I was entertained watching them work. When they left, my yard and my neighbors' were clean.

They scheduled us for today, Oct. 18th. They showed up at 7:30 am as planned. 5 man team. They brought 4 trucks with them. A bucket truck, a chipper towed behind a chipper truck, a van with power tools and rakes and such and a small skip loader towed behind and a large truck with a debris bin on the back and towing a stump grinder. By lunch time, they had knocked down all three trees, ground up the small stuff and some of the larger branches that were rotten, cut up and stacked some of the thicker branches and trunk branches for the neighbor to cut up and haul away for firewood, ground up all three stumps and raked and cleaned up the yard. Complete job start to finish, 4 & 1/2 hours. They even cleaned up the street in front of the house where some of the chipper material didn't make it into the truck. Workers were fast and efficient. What more can I say. Excellent job at a fair price. ( we had four bids, threw out the high and low and they were 2nd lowest, but closer to our home, other company was across town and a little bit higher in price) I would recommend to anyone, especially those living on the West Side of Cincinnati. After getting 5 estimates I hired Richey Tree Service because I was impressed with Brad, his price came in as a tie for lowest with another company (Another was as much as a grand more so get estimates!) Once agreed they would do the job, It then took over a month because of rains to come out and do the work, but Brad wanted to make sure the ground was hard enough to withstand the equipment. After seeing what they brought I understood immediately and happy to wait for the right day. There were 5 guys including Brad and about 4 trucks, trailers, dump truck, shredder, Bob Cat, etc. They have a lot of newer equipment and everything you could possibly need for the job. They worked hard and fast like a "well oiled machine" together and got it done in 4 hours! My wife and I were so impressed with them. Everything was done to beyond expectations. The Oak deadwooding was my biggest concern because it wasn't being cut down it was being trimmed and it is the centerpiece of our back yard. I don't think there is a dead twig left in it! A beautiful job, I never expected as thorough a job on the Oak as they did and it is just beautiful with all the deadwood gone and a few large limbs removed....A new lease on life for our old Pin Oak! When they were done, they raked and blew off the yard, driveway and the Street. They even filled the holes in from the stump muncher and smoothed it over. I know I'm kinda "Gushing" over them, but I have had a few Tree Services over my 68 years and I will be calling Richey 1st from now on! Did I say I am very pleased....LOL

In my opinion these guys are great.
1. Were here on time, very professional.
2. Thought charges were appropriate for service.
3.Trimmed 10 med to large trees,removed 5 trees,filled in holes were the trees were removed.
4. Cleaned up,can hardly tell they were here.
5. Would highly recommend them.

The work went very well.  They completed their work very quickly - about an hour.  When they were finished, they did a great job cleaning up around the tree's location as well as in the street in front of our house where they had their chipper set up.

These guys are amazing.  Not only do they do a great job removing trees and stumps, but they do an equally good job cleaning up.  We are thrilled with their service.  Only downside is they didn't add sales tax on their bid.  But that was the only complaint I have.
