Not so good.
Description of Work: We asked for a sewer line replacement. They came with a camera (for which they charged the equivalent of a rooting) and promised to call back with an estimate. After two weeks of not hearing from them, we called them and were told that they could not do the job because the line is too deep (9 feet) for them. We had agreed that the cost for the camera would be taken off the bill for the line replacement. Of course, they did not return our money even though they were the ones who backed out.

The latest trip was to repair a couple of leaky toilets, but they've done a lot of things for us over the years at two different houses.
