Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

It was a hard decision as to who to choose to replace my system. I am single and that makes things more stressful. I scheduled the replacement several weeks out hoping to have more savings to use because I was paying cash. As luck would have it, the system went out AGAIN before the replacement date. Reupert came out, took care of it and didn't charge me since I was already scheduled for replacement. This gave me a HUGE sense of relief in that I had chosen the right company and I could relax. These guys have integrity and do what's right. They are in business and as such need to earn money, but they treat you like family. I would hire them for any work I need that they could perform!

The Tech was on time. Cleaned and tested unit. Answered our questions.

The technician was here within the appointment window. He did a thorough diagnostic check, cleaned everything and left no traces he had been there. He didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need at an elevated price. I have scheduled them again for my spring A/C tune-up.

Went great! Called in the morning and they were able to fit me in that day before i had to leave for work. Technician quickly diagnosed the issue. Refilled the Freon and the air conditioner has been working well since.

Smooth and without problems

Excellent. Reupert has been maintaining my HVAC system for the past 9 years and has always provided me with excellent service. My regular technician Tim comes out twice a year for the tune-up of both my A/C and my furnace and I am always very satisfied with his work.

Very professional and thorough. Cleaned and checked all aspects of central air system and discovered I was low on Freon. Explained all of the process and numbers involved. Very honest and polite.

System is working great, fan noise is much less in both the inside & out units than the old Trane unit. The heat pump replacement was started on day promise, the installers were very professional, everything went together as planned & they cleaned up the area each night. The system started up first time with NO problems which is always a good sign of a good equipment & a professional installation.

I contacted Reupert Heating & Air via Angie's List and they contacted me within a day telling me the price for the inspection of both furnace and air conditioner. We scheduled a time for a couple of days later. They came out (the technician was named Tim and another guy being trained was with him). They were polite and professional and explained to us the things that they were going to do in the inspection. Afterwards we got a write up on the invoice of the results of the inspection. We were happy with their service.

Great, he was on time and solved some problems that might have shut the unit down otherwise.

I used the Angie's List special for the $75 tune up. The wait was almost a month, but was not unexpected given the time of year and that this was just maintenance. Tech was a little late due to running over on a previous job. He was professional and explained everything he would do for the tune-up. He ran separate tests for regular heat (heat pump) and emergency heat, noting the differential in heat outputs. He posted his test results on the unit for future reference. Found no issues with system. Was able to pay by CC day-of. Interactions were easy. Will use again.

I’m so grateful for Angie’s List and the people who provide honest feedback. Thanks to the Angie’s List feedback, I found a ‘keeper’. The technician was personable, competent and very professional. Even my neurotic, grouchy dog liked him. He not only analyzed and fixed the [E3} error message, but identified and fixed two other issues that needed attention. Would I recommend? – Absolutely. Would I use again? – Absolutely.

The tech came on time and called me upon completion of the work (I was out of town). I got a great rundown of the condition of my furnace. Very professional.

Fabulous! Blaze - Technician Extr-ordinaire - was professional, courteous and well organized! He was thorough and very attentive to detail! He cleaned our system once we had completed all of the checks and tests - focused on his work and was always extremely pleasant! They did a great job, cleaned the furnace, ordered the part we needed for the humidifier and came back the following week to install the part.
