They installed the furnace about 4-5 years ago. They have always been punctual and did what they said. They charge reasonably and treat me with respect.

Dave Taylor is an excellent plumber.  He looked for ways to save  us money for plumbing repairs in the future by designing accessible plumbing.  He is knowledgeable, hard -working, courteous and fair.  He knows building code and explains why he is doing things in a certain way.   He has also worked on our HVAC in the past.  He is knowledgeable and reasonable.  Have recommended him to our church and he has done excellent work there as well.

Very knowledgeable of our system and furnaces/AC in general.  Excellent, common sense approach.  Honest, reasonable price.  Have also used Reinhardt for plumbing and was just as impressed.

It went very well. They were very professional. They came and gave an estimate and then did the work. They were in and out.

I've used this company several times. The first couple of times were through a home warranty company, so I only had to pay the service fee of $55. The last time I used them, there ended up not really being anything wrong with my air conditioning unit, so I only had to pay their $75 fee for coming out. For these reasons, I don't really have a good idea of their pricing, but them seem pretty reasonable to me. In the past, I have had them fix a leak on my water heater, fix a water pressure problem in my kitchen sink, replace leaking shut-off valves going to my bathroom shower, and fix dripping faucets. They always show up on time, work quickly, and do a good job.

I was working on assignment out of town las month and only had Saturday and half the day sunday to deal with anything in the home, pay my bills, do all my laundry, pack for the week, and fly out again Sunday night. A couple weeks ago when I cam home and tried to turn on my Air conditioning system for the first time this year...I found my condenser was not commig on. I called Reinhardt Services on a Saturday morning, they worked with me to meet my sister at the house during the week while I was out of town to look over the problem (I had no idea what was wrong). Their very professional and friendly office staff called me to let me know what was wrong by early the next week and they emailed me estimates for two different types of condensers. Their office staff gave me information about energy efficient units and what cost savings I culd expect with one unit over the other. Once I made the decision, they scheduled everything during days and times when I would be in town...and they showed up on time! The cost was less than other companies I had received estimates from and their staff was great! They made a difficult process during a stressful time a lot easier!

Excellent. They have done everything quickly and efficiently with good prices. I highly recommend them.

Plumber was on time and friendly. Completely explained work and showed me what he was doing so I could fix the problem myself if I ever had it again.
