R & R Restoration was recommended to me by Cincinnati Financial, my insurance company. Roy and Mike came promptly when called, took measurements, discussed what needed to be done and we set a date to do the work that worked out with my work schedule. They replaced the entire ceiling. It was an excellent job (looked much better than the original job), cleaned up and removed everything plus they even replaced five tiles in another room (more water damage from the upstairs unit) using good tiles from the main room damaged so that the tiles would ''match''.
