R&D Engineering is a heating, cooling, and electrical contracting company serving the Tri-State area. We specialize in Electrical construction and HVAC/R. We service the greater Cincinnati and Dearborn county area. We are fully bonded and insured and we stand behind our work with a full warranty. We currently have five employees, one accountant and four contractors. All of our employees are Safecard certified thru Background Bureau Inc. Our standard service call fee is between $80 and $120 and includes up to two hours of diagnostic time or the first hour of work minus diagnostic time. Angie’s list customers will receive a 15% discount on the service call fee and any service work performed. They will also receive free estimates and a discount on any contracted work that will be determined at the time of the estimate based upon type and amount of work to be performed. Our contractors have a wide range of experience in their respective fields. Their combined experience and expertise is substantial. All of our HVAC contractors hold EPA certifications and are certified above the current federal requirements. We promote an earth friendly approach to heating and refrigeration. Our primary electrician has over 10 years experience in all phases of electrical construction. Another of our contractors is currently certified as a building and fire inspector and has substantial experience in the concrete and building trades. We are very interested/motivated to provide eco-friendly solutions for our customers such as; some of the highest efficiency heat pumps on the market and affordable retrofit zoning solutions. We also love to take on strange and odd projects.
