Tim is very skilled and shows great attention to detail. For example, the trim boards are all even and tight at the corners. He oversaw the entire project including roofing and electrical. He was willing to let me do some of the work (e.g., install the decking) to save $$. We appreciated that he was flexible and had him install the deck one year and the roof the next to spread out the cost. The work was done promptly once we gave him the approval to start. Tim and his team kept the area clean throughout the construction and thoroughly cleaned up when completed. After the installation I had a question on the ceiling fans which Tim answered promptly. Tim is very friendly, professional, and skilled. Excellent work.
The finished area is beautiful and we have enjoyed many family cookouts over the summer. Thanks Tim!
