PROGRESSIVE MORTGAGE GROUP INC

I have used Mike Veeneman at Progressive Mortgage before, and my prior experience was good. Mike was initially very responsive and helped me work through various creative financing scenarios. On first contact, Mike was ready to close as quickly as I needed to close, in his words ''as soon as next week.'' After going through the process and setting up the closing, it turned out we were only able to close one business day earlier than stated in the purchase contract. After completing the application, Mike then said he needed two full weeks before we could close. This was a big change in his earlier statement but somewhat understandable since it was over the holidays. I felt like there were some issues with slow follow up and confusion over how quickly I could close, but in the end I was happy with the final result and felt I was treated fairly. Mike said he would be at the closing, but he didn't come to the closing and never offered any explanation or apology.
