They did a great job. They did a terrific job. The company is great and is from my neighborhood and he has been doing it a long time. He has great references. He is very timely. He seems to be very fair with both his pricing and quality of his work.

CALLED ON FRIDAY LATE MORNING SEEKING "EMERGENCY" CLEANING. HAD ALREADY CALLED ANOTHER MAJOR CARPET CLEANER AND TOLD I'D HAVE TO WAIT TIL NEXT WED. BRUCE VIOLAND, OWNER, CALLED ME BACK IN 5-10 MINUTES AFTER LEAVING A VOICEMAIL. CAME RIGHT OVER. EXTREMELY PERSONABLE, NICE, PROFESSIONAL. WHOLE JOB DONE IN LESS THAN 1 HR. VERY ACCOMMODATING & UNDERSTANDING REGARDING SICK DOGGY.
