It was a very good experience. They came when they said they would. They removed the old garage door opener and tract. They installed the new opener and key pad. Then they showed us how to use it.

THEY ALSO RE-PROGRAMMED THE OPENER'S TRANSMITTER SO THAT IF THE LOST OPENER IS FOUND, NO ONE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET INTO MY GARAGE.
