Description of Work: Everything went well and the initial process but less than two months after closing on our house they sold our account to another company called roundpoint financial not happy that they did this seeing as how if I wanted to get a loan through round point I would have initially contacted them not gotten one loan through prime lending and then transferred our accounts to another company so overall service was decent but not happy with the end result

 + -1 morePaul was awesome. Always answered his phone with any questions I might have had, if he couldnt answer them he found the answer. Communication was very prompt and thorough and could not have been happier with the process of purchasing a new home.
