"It is true we charged the agreed amount of $500.00 for the repair of 3 faucets. All of which had to be rebuilt, each in a different location of the home. As such, the plumber had to set up, clean and breakdown 3 separate work sites. To eliminate any confusion for the cost of a repair, all of our charges are billed from a flat rate schedule. Whether our plumber is on a job for 1 or 9 hours, the client is billed only for the outcome, not the time. We also hire experienced journeymen, not apprentice, plumbers. They typically have 5 or more years experience and our plumbers are enrolled in a continuing education program to keep them at the top of their craft with the latest knowledge, skills and tools. We supply them with fully inventoried trucks so they have the parts they need 90% of the time. In addition to that, we provide a one-year warranty on all parts and labor if we are called back for the same repair. For the reasons mentioned above, we are not the least expensive plumber in Greater Cincinnati/Northern KY; nor are we the most expensive. Research that we have had commissioned shows that our pricing is very competitive in our marketplace. The owner of the company is not involved in the scheduling and not aware that his brother had been to the clien'ts home. All scheduling is handled by Service Dispatching. We are beginning our 11th year in business, and in that time we have developed a very long list of loyal clients, both residential and commerical.
