Hard to get hold of the trainer when we needed to reschedule. Never finished class as we missed the final week and told them to have the trainer call to reschedule. Nobody ever called back.

I've been using their services for just a couple of months but I'm very satisfied and they do an excellent job. They attend to your needs patiently and gave proper care to my dog. They are very efficient and well trained in handling animals.

I specifically requested that my goldendoodle not be shaved, rather trimmed. I acknowledged that he had a few fur mats due to the length of his fur but a groomer not assigned to my dog assured me that all of his fur mats which she examined with a comb on the spot could in fact be brushed out and the requested length would not be an issue. It was agreed at that time that any fur mats that could not be brushed out could be cut slightly shorter so long as the overall cut was not excessively short. I returned to find my dog shaved as close to the skin as possible. All of my requests were completely disregarded. If in fact my dog required a different cut, I would have appreciated a consultation or phone call so that I could make the grooming decision for my pet, not the groomer. In addition, when I booked the appointment 10 days prior, I was quoted a price of $54 dollars for the size/breed of my dog. The groomer attempted to charge me $74 on the day of the service, which was remedied prior to signing the service agreement. When came to pick up my dog, the bill reflected the $74 charge and I had to dispute yet again. Finally the clerk could not be bothered to spell my name correctly which simply iced the cake on making me feel like an unvalued customer. My poor dog who was once very social refuses to go on walks and hides behind furniture. To say I am completely dissatisfied with the entire experience does not speak justice and I want to prevent future customers from enduring similar experiences with poor customer service.

They tell you how long it's going take and call you when they're done. They treat my dog well - He get's a treat and a little scarf when he's finished. They even make him smell good with a special conditioner too! They also make sure that all the dogs that come have up to date shots.

They groomed my 12 lbs Shih Tzu. I decided for the premium service. The staff was very nice and I liked the groomer. However, the grooming job was not very detail oriented and "clean". Some areas had too long hair or areas were cut uneven. I discovered at home that ear hair had not been plucked as agreed in the premium service and the ears were still dirty. Basically, I had to finish the grooming job at home. I would probably go back there, but I decided to bring my dog back to another groomer who did an excellent job. It was not clear if they expressed the anal glands...what if they also forget that? I'd prefer if they would summarize again what they did when they return the dog to the customer.

Staff who actually groomed our dog was very nice. Not sure they know how to clip a Shetland sheepdog. Did a good job trimming undercoat and nails. Trimmed hair too short, no feathering left on legs. First staff asked if we wanted the dog shaved. This is an absolute no for Shetland sheepdogs. Should have been my cue that they didn't know how to trim a Shetland sheepdog.

ACK!!! I called and received an initial estimate of $35 to groom the dog. While I was there, they asked if I wanted a "cocker cut", which is what our dog typically receives. To this groomer, however, "cocker cut" apparently means shave it down to the skin. They left her tail and ears long, but the rest was shaved...not at all what I expected. Still, I didn't think it was worth arguing over, but then they charged me $50 instead of the originally quoted $35. The groomers were friendly enough and it was very easy to schedule an appointment, but I was not at all happy with the results.
