He is awesome. I cannot say enough good things about him. He sold our house in a really bad month in three and a half weeks. He was able to answer all our questions. I think he knows the market really well. He’s always been right on point with everything on top of the list. He’s been able to sell them quickly and on the buying prices. He’s been very helpful in finding a new property for us as well. He’s pretty knowledgeable and he knows what he’s talking about when he discusses things with me. I’ve used him before and I will definitely use him again. I would use his services again in the future.

He worked on commission, so it was the commission on the sale of the house. He was great and really knowledgeable. We sold our house in a week, after having tried to sell it the year before. He is either good or lucky or maybe both.

I am very pleased with my experience with Pete and the whole Kopf Real Estate team. I had a bad experience when I bought my condo, so this was a pleasant change. I was very careful in selecting a Realtor -- I interviewed several and Pete definitely seemed to be the most knowledgeable and just a nice guy to work with overall. He was also Realtor of the Year in 2005 for Sales proof of his effectiveness. I enjoyed working with a family-owned real estate company and felt that the whole office gave me more personalized attention. They were very quick to respond to my questions and requests. Another thing that I really appreciated was Pete s honesty. He didn't tell me I was going to make a huge profit like some other Realtors initially did to entice me (I owned my place for less than a year). His estimate was realistic. I appreciated that honesty very much.
