"As the member stated, we sent her an email Monday morning to set up a Tuesday morning appointment. Unfortunately, we never received her response on Monday evening. I received a second notice from Angies List to contact the member and again sent an email. I can't explain why these emails where not received but I would highly recommend sending a phone number with a service request as a second way of communication. We are much better equipped to handle scheduling by phone due to the many conflicts customers have with scheduling. We do our best to schedule quickly as validated by our reports on file. I regret the inconvenience this has caused the member."
