Ohio Valley Pure Water is awesome, always on time, very efficient and courteous. I have had a pure water filtration system from Ohio Valley Pure Water for 14 years. I can't say enough good things about this system and this business. They always call ahead when I have an appointment, are flexible and will help work out a time that works for me; and the personnel is outstanding! Mike, and Lynette are some of the best people I've worked with and I appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Mike explained how the water softener works and gave me some pointers on how to take good care of it so it lasts for many years, I would definitely recommend Ohio Vally Pure Water to anyone shopping for a new water softener!

In November of 2016, I replaced my Culiigan water softener with a softener from Ohio Valley Pure Water. As a current promotion I also received a reverse osmosis drinking water system. The cost of the softener was less than half of the Culligan softener. Ohio Valley Pure Water installed my softener on the day after Thanksgiving (2016). They would not have typically worked on this day, but were very willing to accommodate my schedule. In October 2017, Ohio Valley Pure Water came back out for the first time to change the filters and check the equipment. I have not had any issues with the softener over the last year and have been happy with the equipment and the service received. The company has been very friendly and responsive to all inquiries I have had. They are a small family owned company and they go above and beyond in meeting customer needs. I found their pricing and policies very fair. I would highly recommend Ohio Valley Pure Water for your water softener needs.

It went great! I was undergoing some house renovations and Mike was very flexible since we had to change the original appointment. He was punctual, friendly and competent. Lynette was also super helpful and very friendly every time I called. This is a fantastic company!

Mike from OVPW carefully analyzed the situation, also sent out his main installer for another look, and I am especially grateful for his patience while we figured out the Rube-Goldberg-like plumbing problems in the basement. He could easily have said "it won't work here--sorry--bye bye". But he stuck with it until I found a plumber who could solve it (w/ Mike giving telephone help to 3 contractors/plumbers!). The bill was less than HALF of what others had quoted (plus an Angie's List discount), for an RO undersink system, whole-house charcoal filter, and a water softener. I now have great drinking water, and feel good about the bath water. Mike and team, thank you so much for your kindness and patience. You solved my most frustrating problem in the midst of a stressful move. Grateful!

One of the most pleasant companies I have ever done business with. They service the filtration system yearly usually just replacing the filters. Everyone they have sent to the house has been very good and helpful. About every 14 years or so they replace all the components in the system, which they just did. Their customer service is excellent.

"Mike w/ Ohio Valley Pure Water - Thank you for your review and your honest opinion about the price of your service - I truly apologize for being surprised about the total cost - That should have not happened - We do our best to go over our service prices at the time of sale/ installation so that no one is surprised - We will agree that you are on the higher side for annual service then most of our customers - In your case the reason your annual service may seem high is because we serviced not one, not two but three separate pieces of water treatment equipment - Water softener, whole house carbon filter and your 6 filter alkaline reverse osmosis system - For example: If we went into a car dealership and they preformed three separate services on three different cars we owned we would expect the total cost for all three to be higher than if we only had one car serviced - Regardless, we will make a conscientious effort to do a better job to go over pricing for annual service to make sure no other customers are surprised - Thank you again for you review - Mike Noschang and the team at Ohio Valley Pure Water"
