Work was oakay.technican was nice and answered my questions
I rated price a C because I have nothing to compare it to. It seemed reasonable.
I rated a B for punctuality because they said they would be over a little after 1:00, but it ended up being 2:45. They did stress to not wait around because they would call 30 minutes or so ahead of time when on the way. They did call 30 minutes ahead of time like promised. I don't fault them much though because they provided service just a few hours after I called, just drops it from a A.

When communicating with the company it got a little confusing. We were never sure we were talking to the correct person. The job was performed ok, however, the technician listened to the "tenant on site" in regards to wishes vs. talking to us the owners. We had requested that materials be hauled away. The tenant said they would do it. When I got to the site, materials had not been hauled away. We made phone calls and it was all resolved. I purchased a coupon for $399, and the final bill was $549. I thought that was a little too high for the value.

The technician arrived at 10:30 on Monday. He spent several minutes looking at it, saying he had never seen anything like that, and that he would fix it if he happened to have extra bolts on his truck. I was working from home so could not stay with him while he performed his work, and made the mistake of trusting him alone with our garage door assembly. He was able to find bolts and bolted the track back onto the pulley assembly. I heard the motor start, went out to see the progress, and was happy to see the door going up and down successfully. A few minutes later I went back out to ask what we owed for the repairs, and the tech told me "this thing just blew up in my face", pointing at the motor. He told me he had changed the settings for the distance the motor was supposed to push the door closed, and that the motor stopped working. So I said "in other words, you just broke my garage door motor." He said "No, your motor is really old." I told him this house was built in 2008 so it couldn't be any older than that, at which point he double-checked the motor assembly and confirmed, it is only 7 years old. At this point I told him to leave.
