Trent Skinner of N.L. Skinner came highly recommended from a neighbor and I'm glad I called. He inspected our roof and found damage from a storm that went thru in April, 2020. Trent worked with my insurance and the claim was quickly approved. Shortly after that, work began. The old roof was removed and the new one installed in one day! They even roofed the shed in my backyard with matching shingles and added a ridge vent it had needed for a long time. My wife and I are impressed with how good the new roof looks, the quality of the work and how quickly it was completed. All of our neighbors are impressed too. The whole process from start to finish went smooth and quick. I'm extremely satisfied with N.L. Skinner Home Improvements and will call Trent if I need anything down the road.

Absolutely the best of the best. I had installed a very specialized roof. It's a cedar shake done in asphalt not cedar. Very time consuming to install & extremely painstaking. You have to place the sheets of shingles on the roof like a puzzle to get the shake look. About 8 men showed up plus the owner, Trent Skinner, & his brother Shane. These men worked from 7am until 9pm at night. Cleaned up every day. When they were finished the property was spotless. It took 3 full days because of the size, over 5000 sq ft, & the care that went in to installing the shingles. Price was great for the size & type of shingle. if you need a roof or repair you won't find better than this company.
