Jeff was prompt and friendly. He made new keys for the front door and even fixed the alignment of the lock so that we no longer have to struggle when locking the door. He fixed the spring in our aging hardware so that we are now able to close our bedroom door. He also oiled the back door, which had been sticking. None of this work was urgent, but it was very easy to make an appointment with Mr. Lock. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

We got locked out of our new house and had to call Mr. Lock to come out. They arrived promptly. They were able to address all of our concerns - adding security to the front door, re-keying all locks the same. The hardware seemed a little pricey but having them do all of the hard work was definitely well worth it.

Obviously I like this company. All service suppliers should be this good! Mr. Lock (Dave Sohngen) and his staff have put in a new security system, new locks and doorbells in 1983. All still working well with little maintenance. He's honest, clean cut, hires good men and does what he says he will. Keep doing what you're doing!

We called and requested immediate response to our business to unlock the office door that an employee locked us out of. They arrived within 45 minutes and unlocked the door in about 20 seconds. Although I hated to pay for a stupid mistake, they did a good job and were very prompt.

EXCELLENT ASSORTMENT OF REPLACEMENT DRAWER LOCKS AND SECURITY ITEMS. GOOD ADVICE ON SEVERAL SITUATIONS AND GOOD TURN AROUND ON WORK. CONVENIENT, BUT NOT OPEN TILL 8:30 AM I THINK.
