I am trying to warn other's of IOWA Steak www.iasteak.com 4722H interstate Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45246 PHONE 513-825-8000 They drive around your neighborhood selling frozen steaks. They make reputable services have a bad name. I live in Franklin, IN. I buy frozen food all the time. They came to my neighborhood. Fairway Lakes, which we all belong to a homeowners association (i warned my neighbors) I purchased a package for $400.00 and used my credit card. I bought one case of steaks, one case of seafood and one cheesecake on April 13, 2011. They told me it was quality and any problems call them. I have called them every week complaining that the steaks are poor quality and taste terrible. They told me it was my cooking. Every week, said grill frozen, then grill unfrozen. Season and don't season also not all cows are the same. They kept telling somebody would come out and replace products by appointment. Never happened. Meanwhile my hound dog is enjoying the steaks cooked. Warn others!!!!please!!!!!. Don't spend the money. What a rip off I tried to submit a report and couldn't figure out how to?
