Outstanding service! From Jordan whom I worked with via email for my itemized list to the two men who moved us! It was raining all morning they were careful and covered our items. They were dressed nicely in uniformed golf shirts and were polite and professional through the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

She was happy with the work they did. She thought it was a fair price/ value. It was a good rate. They didn't break anything or scratch anything. They did much better than most movers do. They showed up when they said they would and did what the work they said they were going to do. If my daughter was moving again, she would probably use them again.

It was horrendous, we didn't settle well with them, and they didn't acknowledge their mistakes. It was not a happy experience. They have a lot of good reviews on Angie's List which, I found very irritating. We were ripped off. The biggest issue, we paid extra to have our queen, and king mattresses sealed and transported safely. When they arrived, they were not in any kind of wrapping at all. My mattress pad was hanging off the mattress and they brought it into the house that way. They said that they didn't do anything wrong, that's how they do it all the time. They offered to have it cleaned and inspected for bugs of any kind. I refused it and made them take them out of the house. I went and bought new mattresses because, we have a dog, and we would have had to stay at a hotel. They never did the inspection and never offered to get new mattresses. We were out $10,000, plus the $3,000 for the mattresses. It was a huge investment and a massive rip off. We had eight huge wardrobe boxes, and this is supposed to be a white glove service, that's what the extra money was for. They were supposed to empty those on delivery and take them away. Instead, they piled them into our walk-in closet, so we couldn't get into the closet to empty them. We had them pack for us. They did not label a single box, it was a total disaster. It made our move unpleasant, and uncomfortable. The stress was overwhelming. They didn't compensate us for their mess-up, other than little things that were damaged covered through the insurance. I would not recommend them. They did get the difficult things delivered OK. They were always willing to talk, but never did anything. There was on guy that was better than everyone else. We were a day late. There were some that were professional.

This was our second experience with Leaders, and we were again incredibly impressed with their level of professionalism, good attitude, and extreme care in moving our belongings. The lead mover, Danny, went above and beyond to make sure not only that everything was moved in a safe and careful manner, but also addressed any of our other requests that came up during the day pertaining to the move. His crew was hardworking and very efficient. We did not have one item damaged or chipped, and our hardwood floors were intact as well at the end of the day. We have already recommended them to anyone we know who is moving, and will continue to do so!

This was an Angie's Deal! (up to $200. worth of moving for $99.) This moving company, Leaders, was the perfect solution. They are very professional, organized, friendly, and efficient. Daniel and Brandon were the men who did our moving project. I will request them again this fall, as we have another project, and we plan to use Leaders again.

Daniel, Ron, Eric, Jason provided excellent service during our move. They were punctual, friendly, and cared about making sure our items were transported with care. They did not nickel & dime us, and truly cared about our experience more than a couple of dollars for an extra stray box. They also packed our hanging items into wardrobe boxes which saved a lot of time and effort. There were only 2 or 3 items with very minor scratches. We also had a large sectional that needed to get to our 3rd floor living space. It took 2 attempts to get it up but they didn't give up and were able to do it.
