I really liked their website and all that they said. I specifically liked that they recycle materials if they could. They sent an e-mail of confirmation that said that they were coming within a certain time frame that I had confirmed online. They gave me a confirmation call 15 min before they arrived like they said they would. They showed up promptly. They took everything they said they would They were quick, professional, and pleasant. I would give them double thumbs up and ten for ten. If you make the reservation on the website and you went with them when they came out to do the estimate, they even give a $30 discount right then and there. They take cash, check, and credit card whichever is easiest for you!

The 2 men cleared a lot of things in my back yard, wood, and pallets. They did not take the tire, but later on the owner followed up and asked how they did and he came out and took the tire. He said he would follow up on any of his workers and wanted customers to be pleased. Nice man

This is the second time we have used Junk King and were again very pleased with our experience. They called when they were 20 minutes out to confirm arrival time within the 2 hour window previously provided. It was bitterly cold outside (0 degrees at 8:30 in the morning!) and the men had to pry some of the items from the ground as they were frozen to it. Even with that challenge the job was complete in just about 30 minutes. We so much appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and promptness. We really like how they offer Saturday pick-up in our area too; makes it much easier to schedule around work commitments. Highly recommend. We will be using Junk King again in the future as the need arises.

Sometimes they are quite difficult to get to and/or remove. It looks like we charged you just shy of $400 and I wanted to make sure that was correct. Feel free to let me know if there are any questions about our service or costs. It must've been slightly complicated or quite large to cause us to charge that for a Hot Tub. "I'm sorry the chemical thing was a dissapointment, I know that stuff can be a pain to deal with. We try pretty hard to advertise and let people know that we can't take any type of hazardous waste. The EPA regulations are fairly ominous for commercial haulers and would make our prices too high for most people if we were to try to get licensed. I have some great information that I can go over with you if you are looking to get rid of that stuff because we get asked about it often. Feel free to call the office at 513-771-5865 and I can explain how to get rid of it in the easiest way I know how. I think there may be some confusion about our 2 hour window. We promised to arrive to any scheduled appointment within a two hour window. It is not a promise to spend two hours. We want you to be able to plan your day and not have to wait on us for an inordinate length of time. As you can imagine, we run across all types of jobs that take all types of different times to complete based on amount of stuff to haul and complexity of getting to it. We don't want to try to rush you and we want to be able to complete any job that you have for us so please feel free to call me if there is more to haul out and we can consider a discount for you so your project can be completed at a cost that would reflect just one trip for us instead of charging for an entire second trip. We would price as if the whole job were done at once."
