Samuel was a true professional for the entire process. He responded immediately to my request for quote and was able to fit my work in with his schedule. He completed all repairs with a very high quality and delivered per the schedule we agreed to. He was excellent about keeping in contact with me to let me know how the repairs were going and what his next steps were. I would HIGHLY recommend him again. The total cost of the repair was very competitive; other major handyman services weren't able to address my problem for up to 4 weeks and were higher in cost.

Daryl and team replaced both front and rear doors over a two day period. Daryl was very courteous and pleasant to work with, and very willing to answer any question I had. As for the quality of the work, Daryl seemed to do a very good job, with no damage to surrounding areas and sufficient clean up upon completion.
The only area of concern was communication. I know he was still in his and quot;busyand quot; season, but there were several times we inquired when he would be able to install the doors and he stated he would call us back in and quot;xand quot; number of days, which often came and went without a call. To his credit, when we then called him, he always either picked up, or returned our call promptly.
Overall, I was happy with the work performed. As Daryl's business expands, I hope he is able to add sufficient staff and isn't stretched too thin, so that he can adequately service his clients. In the meantime, I'd recommend him to others with the caveat that you should and quot;over communicateand quot; as much as needed to maintain your comfort level.

We were pleased. After the sale, I went back about 6 weeks later to show another client the quality of the work that Daryl had done and this client was pleased as well.

He takes pride in his work and clearly has solid experience to draw from. He demonstrated diligence, thoughtfulness, and a strong customer oriented attitude. I would hire him again as needs arise.
