Excellent. I was really WOWED when I received the package that was delivered by FedEx. The craftsmanship of the display case and stand were excellent. The packing was also excellent. You can tell that this was not there first rodeo. I bought this display case for a Chris Craft model boat. My father worked for Chris Craft in Algonac, Michigan. I have to work on about three more things that will be in the case itself before a finish photo can be done. I highly recommend J-Display Case to anyone looking for a display case. What ever your needs are they can do it.

J Display Case did an excellent job to make the box. This box is custom made to fit our requirement to make our lab work safe from electric shock. The owner of the company listened to our needs and reacted fast. The box works very well for our testing and it looks nice too. I'm very happy with it. I'll definitely recommend the company.

As a careful and somewhat jaded consumer, I'm not one to heap lavish praise upon a business simply for delivering a product as promised; that should be expected, even though an increasing number of vendors don't even meet that basic criteria. Having said that, doing business with John Marx, the proprietor and craftsman behind J Display Case, was about as pleasant and satisfying an experience I have ever had. From the initial email inquiry to the final production, his responses were rapid, friendly, detailed, and extremely helpful. I appreciated his attention to detail, and he returned the sentiment. After finalizing the design, he fabricated an acrylic dustcover for a valuable turntable I had recently purchased. The quality, appearance, and construction of the final product far, and I mean, FAR surpassed my expectations. The fact that it cost less then the typical audiophile-approved yet lesser quality dustcovers available from Gingko was just icing on the cake. John took an incredible amount of care in packaging the cover for shipping and included an excellent guide for care of the acrylic surface. Even after I received the dustcover and our business was concluded, he responded to my "thank you" emails cheerfully, kindly, and promptly. John is an absolutely perfect businessman and craftsman.

J Display Case constructed an acrylic cover for my stereo turntable. This cover is absolutely outstanding in result and construction. It features a stunning appearance that shows off my classic Sonographe turntable in all it's beauty. Before enlisting the services of J Display Case, I heavily researched other vendors, including some who specialize solely in turntable covers. J Display Case was vastly superior to all of them in quality and price. The delivery packaging was just as impressive as the product itself; plenty of bubble wrap and an oversize box that also happened to be unbelievably strong. The proprietor, John, was courteous, knowledgable, professional, helpful and very easy to talk with. My experience with J Display Case was outstanding on every level. Initial phone call described materials used, process of fabrication and estimate of when the order would be finished. Subsequent phone calls and emails surrounded dimensions such as height, width and length. Additionally there was a cut out in the back for connecting cables to the turntable that the case was covering. John provided diagrams with measurements for me to work with as I was doing the measuring.

Perfect. Great communication. Timeline was just as quote. Price was as quoted - while it is not cheap, they do excellent work and I think a very good value for the dollar. The packaging for shipping was perfect. Every case was exactly to specification. Fantastic experience.

They are extremely friendly, and knowledgable. I emailed them my turntable's pictures with the measurements, and they just knew what to do. After discussing a few details about the cover's design, I ordered it. It took about two months until the cover was completed (I was told before ordering, that it'll take two months). The piece I got from them was absolutely gorgeous. It was so beautiful I couldn't believe my eyes. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everybody who needs this kind of job. I had been searching for over a year for a pre-built display case for my Star Wars Millennium Falcon replica model and after a while, came to the realization that if I was going to have it done right that I would need the case to be custom built. With a few weeks of searching I finally came across J Display Case. After reaching out to them to inquire about the details of fabricating the case, John was quick to reply and provided me with all the details I needed to assist me with making an educated decision as to which materials were required to meet my expectations. Since the only place that I could display my model was in front of a window, John had recommended a product by the name of Acrylite OP-3 which guaranteed 100% UV protection which was exactly what I was looking for. After carefully measuring the dimensions numerous times that I needed for it to work I still had some doubts if I was going to provide the exact measurements that John needed in order for it to work correctly. After a short phone call with John, he was able to give me a few pointers as to the best way to make sure that this was a success. Upon receiving the completed product from them, I eagerly removed it from the shipping box and admired how well that it had been packaged making sure that it would arrive to its destination unscathed since it was almost three feet long, a foot deep and two feet across, I was concerned that it may get damaged in shipping. As I set the case down around the model I immediately noticed that they absolutely nailed it. The display case was so perfect in the way it fit that it was absolutely amazing. I have seen other display cases for this same model in person and on line but none of them were even close to the craftsmanship that I had received from them. I would, without hesitation, recommend J Display Case to anyone. Definitely a very happy customer.

My turn table is very large and as a result needed an extremely large case be custom made. John at J-Display Case was able to work with me and provided an excellent case! It showcases the turntable like a piece of art and, more importantly, protects it. These guys are extremely busy and I had to wait for some time for them to be able to manufacture the case but it was definitely worth it! I would definitely buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The case is not inexpensive but it is really high quality. If you have a quality piece of art or equipment that you want to showcase and / or protect, do yourself a favor and don't go cheap. Buy it from J Display Case and you will be very satisfied. I know I am. The turntable sits front and center in my living room and everyone gets to admire it.

I submitted my measurements for the cover, and John of J Display Case promptly called to review and help me make sure my dimensions were correct. Everyone loves the case. People have asked me how I found a case that perfectly fits the hand built model boat. I recommend this workmanship highly. I was a little worried as I found the company on the internet but it turned out as well as if I had visited their showroom. They are a quality vendor. I would recommend them highly.

This company is phenomenal! NASA needed a display case to showcase a model of a spacecraft being built. After calling around and getting extremely high quotes from display case manufacturers, I stumbled upon J-Display. The customer service blew everyone else out of the water. They knew exactly what we wanted, even if I didn't exactly know myself. Every suggestion and adjustment I proposed was received with a positive attitude and then worked into the order. Three orders later, the entire team still loves the display boxes and how they properly showcase the model. We take it to all of our conferences and public outreach events! The boxes are made from clear 3/16" thick acrylic and cut to the dimensions requested. They were able to work in translucent mini hinges for the lid so that it all lays flush. Unlike some display boxes, this one has no clouding or bubbles from the adhesive.

This is my 3rd order with John. He filled all my orders EXACTLY as I wanted them. Each time my custom case met and exceeded my expectations.
