High quality work in a very quick fashion was truly the most bang for my buck after getting all my bids great experience.

They were wonderful. When I called, they showed up. They explained the process, then they followed through, just like they said they would. Shawn and Matt and all of their workers did the job in a timely manner. Cleanup was pretty good, maybe a little more effort for that but overall, I give them high grades. Good guys, good company!

I had 5 quotes. Inspector Roof was right in the middle. I chose them for that and they were one of two who actually got on the roof to look and measure. Once chosen, they were tough to get a hold of. It took a a few calls and emails from me to get a response on a start date. Roof went up fast in one day. They said they were done about 1pm. I got home about 7pm to find a trailer dumpster filling my driveway. They came by about 8pm and picked it up. They delivered the shingles by driving a truck into the front yard. With all the rain at the time, it left deep ruts that are still there today. Nothing that keeps from mowing but it does give a pretty good bounce while doing it. A little debris left in the gutters and yard. Didn't fully flash chimney as quoted. Roof itself appeared well done. Once finished they were prompt on getting payment. Much more proactive about getting payment vs scheduling the work. I offered to mail but they didn't trust the bank or USPS or me I guess. In the end due to mutual issues they received payment a day after it would have arrived by mail.

Both Shawn and Matt were extremely professional, friendly and made themselves available to me even during the 4th of July holiday. In fact, their crew installed my roof on the 4th of July! A larger crew was needed for my home and it was completed in roughly 7 hours. The crew did a fantastic job. my home has Valleys and all of them looked as if they were cut with a laser! perfectly straight as they should be. I have high expectations of people in general, and not only did the workmanship meet my expectations but Matt and Shawn did as well. Give them a call and see for yourself!

Everything weeny well. They were quick efficient and cleaned up great. Someone on the crew left a truck in my driveway til the next day which I thought was odd. But otherwise I would recommend .

I requested quotes from 5 different companies for a complete roof tear off and re-roof. 2 roofers did not call me back at all and three submitted quotes. Besides being the best quote, i just felt good about working with them. they took time to talk to me and explain the whole process and timing. They proved me right doing a great job and great cleanup. Even my neighbor who let them use there driveway said the cleanup was very good. Having worked in property insurance for the last 25 years, it is nice to find a roofer i can trust to refer people to.

Really reasonable pricing and they came out and got the job done quick. They ended up doing a great job and were very professional / communicative.

Matt & Shawn were a pleasure to work with, even though things didn't go quite as planned. Matt initially quoted my job which was about 17% less expensive than Bone Dry and their schedule availability was immediate (within a few days versus having to wait a few weeks). I signed the paperwork on Tue or so and my job was scheduled a few days later for Saturday when both Matt and Shawn were going to be out of town. Unfortunately things went sideways during the install, as the crew didn't finish my roof on Saturday and were not planning to finish the job until Monday, even though rain was forecast for Sunday afternoon. After letting Shawn know about the situation, he scrambled his guys to finish the roof before it started raining.

Co-owners Shawn & Matt arrived early & took considerable time explaining the work they'd be doing & then answered all my questions. Since they were so knowledgeable & professional & quoted a more-than-fair price (which was exactly the price I paid), I hired them on-the-spot & was glad I did. I was pleased when Shawn called to say they could begin work a few days early. Their crew worked hard to make the new roof look great & then did an exceptional clean-up job. Matt & Shawn are very personable. They listen to your needs and do everything they can to make it happen. They will also tell you if it won't work in a way that is understandable. The crew came on time and worked straight through until the job was done. They did a great job cleaning up nails, and other debris. I was invited out to take a look to make sure everything was in order. Everything looked good. After inspecting I found no issues, and they then called it a day. Shawn stopped by later after the crew left and did his own inspection, and found no issues. Good Team work at Inspector Roof, I will be recommending them to others.
