After several roofing companies estimates, I was overwhelmed and feeling sales pressure. Inspector Roof came in and took the pressure off. Straight forward and very competitive pricing with NO up selling or pressure to sign a contract. Communication was easy and prompt. Install was scheduled based on what was best for ME!! Finished job is the best on the block. Side note-My husband was worried about nails left in the yard And kiddos running barefoot He took a giant magnet out- and could not find a single nail. Beautiful clean up!

They arrived promptly and on time. They provided a reasonable estimate, including a 10 year workmanship warranty. On the install day, the crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They had the old roofing off in two hours and with rain threatening they worked through lunch and had the job completed and the area cleaned in less than 6 hours. The rain and thunderstorm s came later and the roof did it s job! Awesome service, reasonable price. Hire these guys and you won t regret it!

When I was looking for someone to install my roof and gutters, Matt came to my home, respected my home, and was the only person who looked me in my eye and guaranteed that their service was top notch. When a small issue came up in the installation process, Shawn, came to my home, respected my home, and personally took care of that issue. Very professional, went over everything that was going to be done, plus did a couple of minor things at no additional cost (painted the white plumbing vents to match the roof, put a nail in a loose piece of facia board). the crew was a hardworking group of guys and Shawn worked with me on the price a little, (this was not an insurance claim so every dollar helped). Even though they said that the insuance wouldn't cover the minor damage I decided to replace my 19 year old roof because the price was so fair. I am 62 years old and have dealt with my share of contractors. Some have been good and some have been horrible. Inspector roof was outstanding. I have never dealt with such a great team. They showed up promptly, were fairly priced, did outstanding work, and cleaned up perfectly. Would I recommend them? Without hesitation. They are Top Notch!!

All work was completed in a timely manor, and high quality.

Shawn was very professional and honest. Roofers did a great job and were very hard working. Old shingles were removed and new shingles installed in about six hours. Shawn worked well with my insurance agent and provided a free upgrade on shingles to a higher quality shingle with better warranty.

I am holding back on a 5 star rating just because its been too cool for shingles to settle with heat from the sun. The crew DID show up early and worked steady throughout the entire day. The crew however were all Hispanic and spoke no English making communication difficult, however, they were friendly and willing to try to understand. I believe once the sun comes out and warms the roof, the shingles WILL meld completely flat.

Matt was great to work with. He explained everything to my husband and me and answered all our questions. My husband wanted a slightly different model of gutter guards, and Matt found that particular guard for us online, ordered it, and installed it for the same price. The roofing and gutter crews arrived on time and were very friendly. There were no problems with the install, and the work looks great. We feel we got excellent value for the money we spent. My neighbor commented on how good it all looks and the word is spreading in our neighborhood!
