Inspection was smooth and easy. Noticed a lot of stuff that I would have never looked for or most people wouldn't check for. Was given a thorough report that was very easy to read and understand.

It went very well. John Cordell's people are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Inspection Plus is hands down the best in the industry in the Cincinnati area.

We had them inspect the house we were buying back in May - by June, we had a full lawsuit on our hands because the addition on the house, the bathroom, is literally falling off the house. the floor is being held up by a rotted 'deck' and you can touch straight through the crawl space underneath to the tile of the shower. How does this pass inspection? Now we're having to go through layers, lawsuits and a lot of money, when if it was caught in the inspection, we wouldn't have bought the house with over $30,000 of issues because of this addition.

Very well. The inspector was very professional, and answered all questions I had. Since this was a condo, inspection was only of the interier, and was completed within two hours.

The inspector was extremely detailed. He was able to provide a great overview of potential issues with the house. This helped us plan repairs and negotiate with the seller.

There was some confusion about the billing though because my husband did it on Angie’s List and then when the person came, they told me I needed to pay and I didn’t realize my husband already paid so it was a little bit of a hassle getting the money back but they did a good job. Be more informed about whether someone pays or not or maybe I should be more informed, I don’t know. The woman who came to do the testing was good. She was very professional and did a good job.

We actually went with another inspector but Inspection Plus was quick to respond to my inquiries. Unfortunately they did not have an opening on the day we were available.

This is my second home inspection with Inspections plus.  John (and Patrick too) is very knowledgeable, observant, and efficient.  He takes his time and carefully surveys every bit of the home he can, documenting and taking photos along the way.  Then at the end he talked with me about what he observed.  He provided excellent perspective on every question I had.

Patrick showed up promptly at 8 am and performed a very thorough inspection finding many items we had initially overlooked, and pointing out things that we should keep an eye on as we live in the house.

I contacted this Company on 01/14/2016 to set up an appointment for a whole house inspection at a property we were going to buy in Clermont County. They set us up with Patrick for an inspection to be performed 01/18/2016. Patrick arrived at 0900 as promised and proceeded to inspect this property thoroughly and professionally. He found a laundry list of items that totaled over 20K in potential costs we would have incurred if we placed our trust in the seller's inspection report. He did a complete job and we couldn't be happier. Not only did he perform an A+ job on the job but he is also personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a fair, professional, unbiased group to assess the condition of your property. Thanks again!

Don was great! Arrived early and was willing to wait patiently when we weren't able to get access to the property right away by the seller. He was professional, thorough, and able to answer all my questions! Electronic report was sent same day. Competitive pricing. Would recommend to others.

Don Crum was awesome! He was very thorough and walked me through every little piece of our new home. He explained possible maintenance and repairs for everything he saw, big and small, which I appreciated. He was also very patient and answered any and every question I had.
