Some of my shingles had blown off or gotten damaged in the wind/rain storms of early spring. I hired Hader to fix/replace them. They thought it would take about an hour. They quoted me $90 per hour and said they bill for travel time as well. They are about 15 minutes from my house and got to my house at 7:45 in the morning. They finished at 9:15 AM, and then sat in my driveway for about 10 minutes. I didn't realize that I wouldn't be paying on the spot, so as they were leaving I asked if I would be billed for about 2 hours, and one of the guys said, "Yeah, should be about $180." Six weeks later I finally received a bill in the mail and it was for $258. I called to ask about it and was told I would have to wait for someone to call me back. Another week or two went by, I called again, and was told the same thing. Finally the guy called me back and said he had been very busy. I told him what my concern was, but he seemed skeptical that I was right about the time. However, he said they use GPS in the truck, so he would check the GPS and get back to me. He never did. That was almost 3 months ago. I never paid and never got another bill in the mail. Shortly after posting this I received another bill in the mail and it had been reduced to $190 (which I've now paid).

Prior to signing the contract, I had several questions about equipment sizes, capabilities, operation, and installation procedures. Mr. Dough and Brian answered all to my satisfaction. The installation crew did a very good job. They made sure that the air conditioner running before leaving for the day and came back next day to finish the furnace.

My air conditioner went out at 3 am. I called them around 12 pm and they were out by 1 pm. They finished in 1 hour. Very courteous, efficient and loyal to be out in record heat.

I needed help when another contractor couldn't figure out how to connect some heating and ac components. I called Hader and they talked the guy through the problem over the phone and didn't charge me. I had used the other contractor because I had goten an energy grant and Hader wasn't on the list of installers. I use Hader for all my heating and ac work and have always been extremely pleased!

They did an excellent job determining the appropriate sized equipment for our home and explaining the process. The installation process was a little slower than I would have liked. The installers worked half days (noon till five) which resulted in the installation taking (3) days when it could have been done in (2). I also felt the installers could have done a better job of explaining the operation of the system once installed

We used them last year. They repaired the roof, chimney and put a new gutter. Comments: We have used them for heating and air conditioning earlier. They have given us good service earlier as well, so we chose them this time as well. They are very competent in price. They have always been reasonable. They are prompt, clean up after themselves and are professional. They did an excellent job.

We are very satisfied with the work. The system is working well with no problems.
