I can't say enough good things about my experience with Gerard Home Inspection. From the beginning, the communication was great. Heather was very nice and scheduled me quickly. I had a question about the agreement, and Gerard respond very honestly and quickly to ease my concern with a particular clause in it. On inspection day, I was immediately impressed with how thorough and knowledgable the inspector was. He had completed the inspection and was working on the report by the time I arrived for my walk-through. He then walked me around through the house, pointed out his bigger concerns, talked through his smaller concerns, and even suggested ways I could fix some small items myself. I received a 72 page inspection report with details, photos, and recommendations that night. I recommend Gerard Home Inspection whole-heartedly. I am still extremely impressed days later.

Outstanding. They spend the first half of the inspection without you, documenting what they find and getting to all the places in the home they need to be. When I arrived, they were ready to walk me through what they found. Derek did an outstanding job. He was very informative and very thorough. The report I received was comprehensive and well documented with photos and recommendations for each item. Derek did a great job explaining what he found, and was able to tailor the findings and advice so that I completely understood. Inspection showed up on time and walked me through everything he saw. He was very informative and did a thorough job. I did have to call back because the inspection report was late in getting to me, but it seemed like a glitch in their system as they were able to give me the report just minutes after I called.

Gerard Home Inspection was recommended to my husband and I. We were extremely impressed just upon arriving to the home because of how friendly Garrett was. He was more than willing to explain what he had already inspected prior to our arrival and answer any questions we had regarding the home. We received the inspection report in an incredibly timely manner. The report was thorough, including lots of photographs and information explaining what is pictured. The scheduling process of the inspection was simple and quick, you can't beat their pricing either! Highly recommend!

The inspection went fine but they overlooked some important issue. After the purchase, I found the issue and contacted them. My communication was totally ignored by them with no response. I am disappointed and won't recommend others to use them.

Fantastic. I have owned several homes, and have had several home inspections performed by various companies. However this was my fiancés first home buying experience. When I called to schedule the inspection, the lady that answered the phone was very professional in scheduling as well as answering all my questions. She also coordinated directly with my Realtor to make scheduling as easy as I could have imagined. Derek was my inspector and he was incredibly thorough as well as patient with answering all our questions. He was able to convey the scope of what would be covered in a way that both my fiancé and I were comfortable with as well as putting things into laymen's terms. This was far and away the most comprehensive home inspection I have ever had. We really felt like Derek was looking at this house as if he was going to purchase it himself. My fiancé is very detail oriented and therefore had lots of questions, Derek was able to answer any question she had while never seeming rushed. After the inspection Derek was available to help us in creating a list of items that need to be addressed. We needed to have a follow up in inspection and Heather (the same young lady who originally scheduled the inspection I believe) went out of her way to fit us into the schedule prior to our closing date. I will never use another home inspection firm again! Not only did Gerard Home Inspections save us a great deal of money but they gave us peace of mind. Thank you all!!
