I went very well. Corbin was excellent and really explained everything in a detailed, easy to understand way. If we were to purchase another home I would ask for him personally and will recommend him to friends and family.

Excellent! Luke Westover was already on the job when we got there. He was very professional and thorough. Luke pointed things out to us we would never have known. He also helped solve some electrical mysteries as well as explained how the home main systems worked. Luke was very personable and took the necessary time to make us feel comfortable about the purchase we were getting ready to commit to. If you're looking for a professional, thorough, affordable, and skilled Home Inspection company, look no further. My first contact was with Heather, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything with clarity and detail. And, honestly, I couldn't believe how much lower their price was compared to the other company that was going to perform the same services. Then comes Derek. In a word--amazing! I arrived at the home shortly after he did, and he greeted my like he knew me all his life. He said, "You're early!". I told him I was there to measure, and he handed me his laser measuring tool and told me to use it--it would be much quicker. Wow, talk about customer service! He continued his inspection, and upon completion, he walked around the home and helped me finish measuring! He then went room to room and explained everything that he had found--good and not so good. He even made sure I knew how all of the units/appliances worked, and gave me tips and things to look out for. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and helpful! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When it came time to pay, he confirmed that I had requested a termite inspection. He then told me that it was unnecessary as he had seen that the association had already treated for them. He then proceeded to take the (small) extra cost off of the amount. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity! I, as usual, was doing things at the last minute, so Derek said he would get the report to me that evening. As promised, I received a very detailed 46 page report within a few hours. The next day, I had a couple of questions that weren't totally related to an inspection, but I figured he would know the answer. Twice I contacted him, both times he immediately responded and gave me the help I needed. Talk about going above and beyond. I was totally pleased and impressed with the entire process and service. I will highly recommend Gerard Home Inspection to any and all!

This was my first ever home inspection. Ryan could not have been nicer. He explained what I didn't know....often two or three times if it was something I was not understanding. I sent his report to my brother in law for review. My sister and brother in law have purchased homes and have seen these reports before but could not believe the quality and thoroughness of Ryan's report. He didn't rush he is very thorough professional and youd be lucky to have him inspect your home!

Gerard Home Inspection did a FANTASTIC job! Extremely thorough and took the time to do a complete walk-through to review all areas of any concern and answer any questions we had. The report is also extremely detailed with pictures showing concerns. Highly recommend, would happily hire them again. Price includes inspection, report and a wood destroying insect inspection as well.

Being a first time home buyer I was a nervous about what the findings of the inspection would be. However, Luke was very detailed and easy to understand. Derek did the inspection on the home we were looking to purchase. As first time home buyers me and my fiancé were anxious about what to expect from the Inspection. Derek went above and beyond to explain everything he found and how big or little of a problem it would be. He took away our anxiety and made the process easier than I could ever imagine.
