Forest Park Roofing

The experience was quite satisfactory. I've used them in the past. They replaced the roof on this house and they are going to do the roof on our church. I have the utmost confidence and praise for them.

I called them and they took some time to respond as they were very busy. Finally they came and started off the work. Earlier they have also helped us sell our house. They also checked the chimney for us. They have always been prompt, reasonable and dependable.

It was good. They were prompt and they did what they said they were going to do. They did leave some roofing nails in my driveway so I wish they would have cleaned up a little bit better. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

After the wind storm I call to have them inspect my roof. I called and left messages 3x and NEVER received a return phone call.

It took a little longer than expected for Forest Park to begin the job but it was worth the wait. I realize that Roofers are very busy, they have emergencies and weather to contend with. I am very happy with the job well done. No complaints!

It went Great! More detail: the storm had done a lot of roof damage in the area. It was announced on TV that you should not expect to hear back from any roofer for about a month. I had contacted Forest Park Roofers shortly after the storm stopped. I emailed them a picture of the damages. They came out within a few days. The rep said that they were trying to get with their old customers first who had damage. He had the documentation that I sent him. Estimate was a good price, he was very informed. Once I signed off on the estimate, he was able to tell me approximately when they would do the work. The roofer came within the time indicated, was personable and professional and did that work within a 2 hour period. They had a perfect match to my shingle color. It looks great! I was so happy not to be waiting for a month like the TV had said. They have always been professional and trustworthy. They do a GREAT job. I highly recommend them. In fact my neighbor came by and asked them to check out her roof. He did so with a smile.

I called them, and they volunteered information that they did not have to. I felt that they went above and beyond because they called me back to help me out and gave me great information on how to save myself time and money for the insulation work. If I did ever need roofing work done, I would definitely call this company. Great customer service!!!

The initial quoting process a little slow but sales rep Chris did a fair job explaining the quote and work to be done. Once the contract was signed, the work was scheduled 2 weeks lead time but due to a delay on the start of another job (pending color choice by customer), my job was moved up about 1 week. They had a solid crew working on tearing off the top section of roof but with snow moving in, they only did what they could and still weatherproof. Approx. 1 week later when weather broke, they sent out a full crew (about 6 men) to work all day. The entire top section was completed and the lower section was torn off and weatherproofed. Great work ethic shown to get the job completed. Note - the contract was for a premium 30 year dimensional shingle but prior to install I found that the wrong shingles were delivered. Notified sales rep Chris and Richard about error - it appeared to be a pulling error by the roofing supply company. Richard corrected error immediately.

I like that he didn't just look at the roof but the entire roof area and made repairs on all the things he saw that were damaged.

The roofing crew arrived at 9 a.m. Friday to begin. By 2 p.m. they had finished the upper (main house portion) of the roof and had to quit because of an approaching storm. They returned the next day (Saturday!) and finished the more difficult garage/family room portion of the roof, finishing around 5 p.m. The gutter/soffit crew arrived the following Monday and began hanging the new gutters, knocking off at around 4:30 p.m. They resumed the following day, finishing gutters and installing new vinyl soffit. During the soffit installation, they replaced some bad insulation in an overhang (see above). Although their estimate of the completion time was somewhat optimistic, FPR's crews were personable, worked extremely hard, took few breaks, cleaned-up after themselves, and did a thoroughly professional job. The house looks great.

We had water leakage on the ceiling of our attached garage near a wall adjoining our family room with a fireplace. I called a number of roofing companies, but could get nobody to come for 10 days or more; and there were heavy rains predicted for most of the week. I then called Forest Park Roofing & Remodeling, and the very next day they sent someone named Dustin. When he came down from the roof he informed us that the leakage was not the result of a roof problem, that water was coming through the bricks of the fireplace chimney. He even brought down a small piece of brick to show us. We were very impressed with his helpful manner, honesty, and that there was no charge for the inspection. We will certainly call on this company when we do need our roof replaced.

For the initial quotes I talked with Jason. I was frustrated at times because it took a long time for him to return calls. Jason came out and did the measuring and we talked about some of the options. Jason went back to the office and the estimate was mailed out in a timely matter. There was rain off and on during installation. The crew chief was very good at only removing as much old roofing as he could cover with new roofing so rain would not get in. The job was completed in a reasonable time. The cleanup was very good. The crew chief made sure we were satisfied before leaving the job. The craftsmanship is very good.

Company responded to our call promptly and provided the necessary service in an efficient manner and at a reasonable price.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO EVERY CALL. THEY WERE PROMPT, NEAT AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY STOOD BY EVERYTHING IN THEIR ESTIMATE AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND ON TIME.

NO RETURN CALL.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERYDAY SO WE DIDN'T HAVE THAT BIG DUMPSTER SITTING ON OUR FRONT LAWN. THAT WAS GREAT! THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK. WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS, THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT EXPLAINING VARIOUS THINGS AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THAT AS WELL. THEIR PRICE WASN'T THE LOWEST OR THE HIGHEST AND I FELT IT WAS REASONABLE ENOUGH.

THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING PERFECTLY EVERYDAY AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY REALLY CARED.
