 + -1 moreMr braun seemed manipulative, misleading, and antagonistic towards me during most of the process. at one point, he threatened that the deal would be closed unless i accepted immediately (9pm). i did so, and later found out that even that offer had been reduced. Greg made no effort to bridge the final finacial gap even though he made 2x commission. i seek $1000.
Description of Work: Greg Braun was the real estate agent on my first home. He talked me into dual agency when i originally wanted to represent myself. He neglected to mention his 30 yr friendship with the seller. He misrepresented the house and complained to me when i questioned things. early on, He also suggested how i should bid. He failed to help bridge the financial gap in the end.
