I worked with Gary initially to replace my roof after a storm did enough damage that had me worried about the protection of my home. Gary was at my house shortly after my phone call, and over two weeks worked with me while I worked with my insurance. After the approval was done, Gary had a crew on my room two days later (they were delayed due to weather). The roof was replaced in a day, they cleaned their mess up, and went over exactly what was done compared to the plan of action.

Overall this is a top notch company, with wonderful customer service skills. Don the owner and Kevin the office manager were true professionals and easy to work with. We had siding and gutters replaced and I feel like our house now is the nicest looking house in the entire neighborhood. The crew were extremely hard workers, one day they worked nearly 12 hours without taking a lunch break. The staff made helpful suggestions that enhanced the beauty of our home. We are so happy we choose Elegant Home Exterior.

Don and Kevin did a great job communicating and scheduling our roofing job.  There were no surprise costs, and the work was done on time.  Their pricing is hard to beat.  I will be calling them for my next big home improvement job!!!

We had taken quotes from 8 different companies.  We were looking for more than just a fair price, we wanted someone we felt we could trust, personable plus a fair price.  We felt we received all of these through Elegant Homes.  Our roof needed a couple boards replaced and the roof put on.  While deciding on colors we asked for suggestions and we can't be more pleased.  We also had a couple strips of siding that needed to be replaced and that was matched up, no problem at all.  We are all about customer service and could not of asked for better treatment.  The job was completed in one day, yard picked up from any debris.  We highly recommend Don and his crew!!!

Initial quote included a 3-4 week schedule time. After 6 weeks a new foreman came out and marked the ground, telling me a crew would be there later that day. Crew never showed and never called. When I got a hold of the main office they pushed me back to the 7th week. The following week the crew once again did not show up and did not call. When I finally reached them they canceled the job. The owner said he'd put a check in the mail to return my deposit the following Friday but after several calls i was able to get a check the next day. Extremely upset about the service, professionalism, lack of customer service with this company. I would not recommend them for work.

Don and his guys gave us an estimate that beat 3 other local companies.  It was just before the new year.  
We had a slight delay with the temperature first week of Jan when we in negative and single digits which is 1000% understandable.  
Everything looks great, nice windows.
They did exactly what they said they would do, no extra/hidden costs.
I flip a half dozen houses a year, and we will for SURE use him again.
I see why they have straight "A"'s.

I've been working with them and no complaints at all, excellent service, I'm very happy with them. He stood by his work and the owner stands by his work and he'll make sure it's done right and he definitely done that with us and it was great product, excellent service and were very happy with them.

We had several downspouts on our very high two story house get blown off by the wind. Reilly came out the day after we called and fixed them permanently by putting appropriate fasteners over the downspouts. They had been installed very flimsily with just screws holding them in place, but the way Reilly re-installed did the trick. It's been two years since they fixed the downspouts, and they have not budged.

He had his team come to my house and clean and repair the roof and did an excellent job on that. Then the siding went great although he ran out of trim and didn't come back and replace it. The painting was not so good and I had to repaint it myself. The drainage also good but he didn't seem to take it over the hill like he said he would. The estimates were also really high, but he convinced me that he was the best guy. I had a storm and I called him to replace some damages. He said he would be there and he has never called back and never came out when he said he would twice.

Don was very responsive when I would call him. I was very satisfied with the siding and all aspects of my exterior work. We were also pleased with the painting work interiorly. The only thing we had some issues with was the bathrooms and they did come back to fix the problems.

We called three companies. Two companies independently diagnosed the problem as minor and gave us estimates of $125.00 and $90.00 to fix it. Reilly Home Improvement gave us a written estimate of $1,850.00 which also included a price for replacing the whole roof for $4,300.00. Needless to say, we gave our business to one of the other companies, which quickly did the repair. We were concerned that Reilly put the cost so high. Even before they looked at the roof, when we first called them, they said over the phone that a lot of repair would be necessary.

We were given an estimate on the work we needed and an approximate time-frame. We had already checked Angie's List and were impressed with what we saw. My husband's parents had used them also so we were not hesitant. The men were courteous, cleaned up and time efficient. Don checked on us to be sure we were happy with the job. We had a new roof put on, some gutter repair work, and some siding done. They wanted to make sure we were pleased with our color choices and every other choice we made. Would definitely use this company again and encourage others to also.
