The services of this orgasnization were not used as the date of the couponj expired before the services cvould be used.

It took much longer than I thought to go through all of our papers to see what we no longer needed. I made the appointment for the next to last day before the certificate expired. After moving about 300 pounds of paper from the basement to the garage. The drive arrived at the scheduled time dumped all my papers into a large bin. The truck weighed and began to shred my documents. The whole process took about 20 minutes and I was rid of 15 years of old bills and bank statements. I would love to find either a "free shred" event or a smaller certificate to buy on a yearly or every other year basis just to help keep the outdated paperwork under control. At the end, I received a certification that my documents had been shredded.

After our Father passed, we had to deal with the aftermath, including over 60 years of papers and documents that he had kept. We called Document Destruction, and they came and shred everything. I felt that they handled the papers in a secure manner, and were very efficient.

Met me at my car with a recycling bin, offloaded the numerous garbage bags full of documents and shredded them.

They did an excellent job and I would definitely use their service again in the future.

I decided to get the paper shredding deal offered by Document Destruction so that I would be forced to get rid of all the old paperwork we moved with us 12 years ago, as well as my college grad daughter's school stuff dating back to kindergarten and lots of other nonvital pieces of paper stuffing our drawers. The gentleman called ahead, cam on time, and got right to wrk, loading a huge bin very quickly and efficiently with the papers it had taken me a week to amass, including the spiral bound notebooks I thought might be a problem. He then took the bin and me out to his truck and proceeded to shred everything under my watchful eyes, explaining as the machine did its work. The entire job was done in about 20 minutes, and while I didn't meet the 500 pound deal allowance, I was very happy to part with almost 300 pounds of paper, and felt the expense was worthwhile. mobi

He helped move various bags and boxes of document and load into large recepticles, which were then pulled up into the truck and shredded. Allin all, it took about 20 minutes.

They arrived as scheduled and were professional.

They came to our house at the appointed time and shredded more than 200 pounds of receipts, documents, etc., in just a few minutes. They took care of everything, including letting me watch their machine shred our documents right in front of our house. Couldn't have asked for a better deal.

Excellent customer service. Everything went well. The amount of records needing shredding exceeded the tonage mentioned in the coupon. There was a small additional charge which we were glad to pay to get all those years of old records properly disposed.

I arranged for Document Destruction to come to my house for mobile shredding. I made the appointment a few weeks ago. The person took my information, was friendly and told me how the process works and what to have ready. I felt prepared. Per their instructions, I call the morning of my appointment to confirm the two hour time frame in which the truck would be at my house. Once again, they were pleasant and had my reservation handy. The truck called 30 minute before arriving. He arrived between the specified time frame as indicated by the office that morning. The process of loading my documents for shredding was super easy and the whole thing was completed in approximately 15 minutes. I wrote the nice man - Bill - a check for the services. He gave me the receipt. And 159 lbs of shredded paper was out of my house and my life! Thanks! I will be recommending your company to friends and family. And I'm already planning on getting rid of more paper in my house since it was so easy.

Excellent. Very accomodating, came back same day when first attempt to use my keys failed to open the drawers. I called a lock smith and DD/LLC came back late in the afternoon, on a very hot humid day. LOTS of boxes, drawers full of files. Very satisfied.

After chekcing Angie's List for paper shredding I called Document Destruction because they were closest to home.The phone was answered promptly and professionally. After giving my name and stating that I was not representing a busines, I told him I had about 35lbs of documents to be shredded. He replied, "Bring it down." He told me the minimum fee is $35 and gave me directions. Also told me that it would be placed in a secure spot until the shredding trucks returned and then it would be shredded. Upon arrival I was promptly assisted and after paying received a receipt and guarantee that all materials would be handled confidentialy and completly. He then helped me uload the materials from the trunk. This all took place, from phone call to completion in less than 2 hours.
