Dial One Security, Inc is a locally owned and operated security business that has been serving the Greater Cincinnati Area for over 35 years. We also own and operate our own UL Approved Central Station for monitoring of alarms. We are an Authorized Honeywell Security Dealer. Our main offices are located in the Cincinnati community of Madisonville and unlike the large national companies, or online DIY security providers, Dial One Security believes in taking an active role in and giving back to our local communities. With the volunteerism and support that we provide to numerous charities and organizations in the region, we are able to make the places where we work and live better for all. Our Systems are installed by our employees that have the experience and the products to deliver complete home security alarm systems that are reliable and easy to use.

Even though its been a week, I feel very confident about their ability. Their professionalize alone sold me. But not to mention they were efficient, friendly and precise to find what we needed. Did not try to over sell, just gave us what we needed. Their prices are very affordable and they are a local Cincinnati company, what more can you ask for.

The salesman, Vince, showed up the next day after I called and we talked about what I needed and didn't need. He didn't try to push anything extra and actually said one of the window monitors I really didn't need to have because of the way the other monitors would work. He didn't seem in a rush either, very patient and put thought into what he thought I needed. The installer, Steve, came the following week, showing up on time (called to say he could be there earlier but I couldn't be there then). He was very friendly and you could tell he enjoys what he's doing. He took his time showing me how to use the system and would run a test when he couldn't be 100% sure of his answer. He didn't act at all put-out by my (and mine Mom's) many questions and requests. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you!

I have not had any problems at all. They were very accurate. Their estimated cost was right. I had accidentally set it off a couple of times and they always call immediately to check and make sure everything is okay. The equipment works very well and is easy to use.
