The work was fine, the end product was fine, I have no complaints at all and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We needed a quick repair to roof and chimney when selling my mother's home. They responded immediately, completed the work promptly and were very detailed and friendly. It was so nice to work with a company that still understood what good customer service is!

In spite of very cold weather they did an excellent job without stopping until they were completely finished.

The crew worked nonstop and very hard over 2 days. Their work was done in a professional manner and all of them were very nice, accommodating, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up after the job and didn’t leave a single scrap of debris.

Sub-standard installation of gutters several years ago has resulted in water intrusion damage in two locations. Deer Park failed to install two $5 flashings on chimney where vertical wall meets roof line. At that time, we were very impressed with friendliness of workers and gave Deer Park excellent A+ review. Now with the benefit of hindsight, we rate them as poor. We realize the crew was not knowledgeable of best practices, and did a lousy job cutting corners. It will cost us thousands of dollars now, 6+ years later, in repairs.

Deer Park was wonderful to work with. Everyone at the company was courteous and professional. They gave me timely and accurate bids for the work, kept me informed of progress and schedules throughout. We started out just having them replace our old roof with a new standing seam metal roof. Then inquired about gutters and they were able to send out another crew to do that. By that point we were so impressed with the company we ending up replacing the siding with cedar shakes. I would highly recommend Deer Park for all of these services. I felt very comfortable having each of the different crews working on my home and will certainly contact them again in the future for any additional work. My final bill was always exactly the amount of the initial bid.

I just had my garage rebuilt. It was actually the whole side of the house that was the extra work of the extra add-on garage. It was very smoothly. It looks really good, matter of fact they came out, somebody had chipped a part and apparently, they came out and fixed it. They were very responsive when they came out. They came when they said they would. They said it would take two days; it took two days.

Can't say enough on the quality of work and expertise of the roofing crew. They went to work, each one knowing what to do, and going about it. Completed in ONE day. Inspected the following day (impressive- "inspect what you expect" I have always found that a good work ethic. These folks are in-the-know) From Andy (evaluation&quote) to the crew chief- Bakay, to Steve (Inspection/Supervisor) to Lauren (queen of the showroom) to Tamara (Production coordinator) it is an orchestra waiting to play on your roof! Professionals all. Even the head guy is on the national Roofers association as VP. They write the standards, so that's good to know. You will not be disappointed with this company that will be around a long time with a superior product, and a sound reputation for doing it right-at a reasonable cost! When it was done, the roof looked terrific and the site was as clean as they found it! Momma was pleased!!! When she's happy, everybody is happy! Deer Park Roofing is our go-to roofing company from now on... They do gutters, insulation, shutters, etc.,... let them do something for you, so you can be suitably impressed as we are!!! :)

Called Deer Park Roofing in Blue Ash for an assessment and estimate for a basement leak at one location in basement next to the front of the house. A plumbing company previously ruled out that it was a plumbing problem. Rep came out and noted that my front gutter and downspout were too small for the volume of water falling during a downpour. He did not request to see the basement area. I was quoted a price for a new gutter upgrade and new leaf guards. The job was performed. Then when the next extra heavy rain came a week or two later I saw the leak was back just as before. Company then sent out a rep to adjust a section of the new gutter and splash guard to correct for water shooting off the valley of the roof. Then again when next heavy rain came the basement leak was still there just as bad or worse than originally. Rep came out again and now said the problem was the foundation, not the gutter. I would need to put new dirt and grade the area in the places where water was leaking into the basement and implied that I would have to bear the cost. This of course angered me, because I paid for Deer Park's expertise and for a project I did not require, where they made a profit, but I had an unnecessary expense. Being on social security it was a hard expense to bear. Then they expected me to spend more on top of everything else to take care of the foundation issue. I contacted the owner Nick Sabino. We agreed on way to resolve the problem: He said he would have his landscaping company come out and lay out new soil(fill dirt) next to the foundation and grade it. He wanted to split the cost with me. I said that would depend on how much that was. I agreed to wait for him to let me know how much the fill dirt project would be, and we would take it from there. However, I never heard back from Nick, and he has refused to respond to my emails for follow up. It seems I've been shut out. I would like him to live up to his agreement to resolve this dispute. I relied on the integrity of Deer Park Roofing to solve my problem, but it has not happened up to now.

All of the staff were professional and great to work with. They cleaned up my yard very well. Would've had no idea they were even there. Responsive to me via email and phone in the process

The interactions with everyone at Deer Park Roofing were good, but $273 to replace two shingles and hammer down a couple nails is a bit ridiculous. There was never any follow up from Deer Park Roofing about any other work that we had discussed before the repairs were made.

Work appears to have been done well. Workers were professional and cleaned up all debris after job was done. They were accommodating regarding concern over where water from downspouts would accumulate. Not sure on the leaf relief system as the leaves sit on top of it until the wind blows but they do seem to usually blow off.

Perfect! The roof is beautiful. They did a fantastic job.

Everyone I spoke with at Deer Park Roofing was great. I received a prompt estimate and accepted it. Because it was a small job, the office called me when they had availability to fit in the work, which I appreciated. Also, because the repair was such a small job, they also added in gutter cleaning, which was fine (and, as it turns out, needed!). Rate seemed a little high for sealing some fasteners and cleaning gutters, but at least they were willing to do the work (another roofing company wouldn't even return our calls and emails after giving us an estimate). The technicians performed all the repairs and cleaning promptly and were very polite. The office later contacted me to make sure I was happy with the work. Excellent customer service all-around. I will definitely call them again if I have other roofing needs.

the men doing the job did very well. the person who did the estimate did not order the correct type of skylite so it took two days instead of one to install, It was not a problem, however as the men doing the job were very informative and let me understand all that they were doing.

The estimate provided by the inspector on site was $200-$300. When I received my formal quote, it was $600. The inspector said he would look into the matter, but never got back with me. Don't waste your time getting an estimate from Deer Park Roofing, overall very poor service.

They installed a new roof for me and they did an excellent job.

They did an excellent job.  They were very prompt and professional.  I would definitely recommend them to other customers. 

It went great! Very professional company. We are so happy with their service. I highly recommend them to everyone. No wait they worked everyday till the job was completed. Kept the property clean. Very trustworthy and respectable. Our roof looks beautiful. The price was right in our budget.

I called Deer Park Roofing to get an estimate for a repair of my soffit that had a hole made by a woodpecker.  Deer Park Roofing had replaced our roof 5 years before and did an excellent job.  They immediately scheduled a visit by the estimator and sent me an email with the estimator's contact info and his picture (Ron Carpenter).  Ron arrived when scheduled and was very helpful with his suggestions of what needed to be done for the repair.  Also, he pointed out the problems we had with rain water not going into the gutter in a couple of places.  The estimate was subsequently emailed  to me as well as sent by US mail.  I returned the contract and was contacted to arrange a day and time for the repair.  It rained on the scheduled day but unlike many companies that reschedule the customer to a date further away, Deer Park said they would come come back the very next day.  I had a question about the material being used and called the office to get clarification  Kelly in the office was very helpful in getting my questions answered and made sure I was satisfied.  Roger and his crew completed my work  Roger made sure I had all of my questions answered and was satisfied with the work.  The crew did an excellent job and even knocked leaves off areas of my roof and cleaned up the ground afterwards.  Kelly followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure we were satisfied.  Deer Park is not only knowledgeable in their work but also are very customer focused.  In my book, Deer Park Roofing is the only roofing company to choose.
