Description of Work: I was really surprised at how well it went. The tech/installer (Greg) was fabulous, very knowledgeable, expertly installed the new carbon filter and fixed a few issues in the system.

Description of Work: Set up water cooler service. The customer service provided by John Starahs was wonderful. He personally set the cooler up the same day I calledto help out the delivery guys that were behind due to the snowstorm. Great experience and the water tastes really good!

LEO WAS THE SALESMAN FOR CULLIGAN. HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS THE COMPANY OFFERS AND ALLOWED ME TO CHOOSE ONE, RATHER THAN TELLING ME WHAT I NEED. I DIDN'T GET THE NAME OF THE INSTALLER. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE THE CONNECTIONS WERE IN THE RIGHT PLACE (SO I WASN'T RUNNING HOSE WATER THROUGH THE SOFTENER). THE INSTALL WENT SMOOTHLY AND WE'RE HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
