CULLIGAN DID A GREAT JOB ON MY WATER SOFTENER. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DID WHAT WAS ASKED BY ME AND THE PRICES WERE PRETTY DECENT.

The installer was on time, was very polite, and seems to have done a good job. He didn't come with a necessary 9 volt battery, though, so we supplied it.

THE TECHNICIAN CALLED AND SET UP A DATE AND TIME TO INSTALL THE SOFTENER. HE SHOWED UP AT THE RIGHT TIME WITH THE RIGHT PRODUCT. HE INSTALLED AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO WORK AND MONITOR THE SALT IN THE TANK. VERY NICE PERSON AND WORK.

INSTALLER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WORK WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. PRICE SEEMED A BIT HIGH BUT NEW UNIT HAS BEEN WORKING WONDERFULLY AND USING MUCH LESS SALT THAN THE OLDER SEARS UNIT. VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL SALES AND TECHNICAL STAFF. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

LEO WAS THE SALESMAN FOR CULLIGAN. HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS THE COMPANY OFFERS AND ALLOWED ME TO CHOOSE ONE, RATHER THAN TELLING ME WHAT I NEED. I DIDN'T GET THE NAME OF THE INSTALLER. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE THE CONNECTIONS WERE IN THE RIGHT PLACE (SO I WASN'T RUNNING HOSE WATER THROUGH THE SOFTENER). THE INSTALL WENT SMOOTHLY AND WE'RE HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
