I cannot say enough good things, Bud and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, prompt, and respond quickly to any emergency.  They provide impeccable service.

Cross county is great.  They always show up on time.  They communicate well and do quality work.  Kim is great when we call with questions.

Service person was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He got the work done quickly. I especially appreciate being billed for a partial hour and not a full hour since he was only here for about 25 minutes. We are going to use them to put in a new pool liner next year.

The replacement of the pool liner was done in an efficient and professional manner.  The guys that performed the work were very friendly and answered all my questions.  I would recommend Cross County for any pool work.

Quoted me $200ish to open the pool, but ended up charging me over twice that with add-on costs that they neglected to mention. The water was green and unswimmable which they promised they'd take care of and it'd be good to swim in within about a week. It just needed shocked. A week later, the pool was still green, and unswimmable. Again they promised they'd take care of it. Long story short - 4 weeks later and the pool was still unswimmable. I switched to another pool company and the water was crystal clear within a week. It was also around this time that I noticed that Cross County had been charging me $150/week instead of the $50 they quoted (again, add-ons they neglected to mention). When I refused to pay, they simply charged my card without my permission. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with, for any service.

THEY CAME THE SAME DAY AND ON TIME. THEY DID THEIR WORK AND THEN THEY BROUGHT ME OUT AND EXPLAINED WHAT EXACTLY THEY DID AND WHAT CHEMICALS I NEEDED TO ADD AND THEN TOOK CARE OF IT. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MY POOL IS RUNNING GREAT.

THEY SHOWED UP LATE AND WITH LACK OF PARTS, LACK OF TOOLS, AND THE TOOLS THEY HAD WERE IN POOR CONDITION. THEY HAD A SEVERE LACK OF DESIGN KNOWLEDGE. POOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DESIGN. ALSO PERFORMED POOR AND UNSAFE WORK (FAILED TO GROUND WIRES, THUS VIOLATING CODES). THEY MADE THE VALVES IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO. THEY USED SCHEDULE 40 VALVES (POOR GRADE). WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER, I COULD HEAR HIM BASICALLY TELLING EVERYONE OVER THERE THAT THE CUSTOMER (HE USED A LESS FLATTERING TERM) ON THE PHONE THOUGHT THAT HE KNEW MORE THAN HE DID ABOUT THE WORK.
